They did a great job, cleaned up the trimmings and everything looks great!

They were on time, professional, knew what they were doing. Offered smart suggestions, gave some advice on the ash trees. We wanted a couple more things done, and they gave very reasonable prices for them. Overall, very pleased with their work, and felt it was a really good value.

They were great. Came out and looked at the trees before, listened to what I wanted and gave me a quote. I thought it was a good price considering they were doing two entire trees. They showed up on time and it took probably 3-4 hours to do both trees. Cleaned up everything when they were done, couldn't tell anyone had been here. They had me look at both trees when they were done and explained the trim. It's always a pleasure to have someone do work around your home when they are so courteous and professional.

I was unsure after the first visit, where the juniper was removed successfully but the honeysuckles were not cut back from the fence as expected. Paul returned my calls and returned with a crew to finish the honeysuckles and also repair the irrigation line that was ruptured during the removal of the juniper tree. He was very professional and didn't expect any additional payment. Thanks Paul for turning it into a good experience! I would use them again and recommend to others based on this experience.

I was awed by the speed and professionalism of the 6 man crew. The cleanup was excellent, they even raked the branches of my spruce tree. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

From the first phone call I had with Mike I did not feel confident that I had made a good decision to go with this company. However I needed to have my storm damaged tree branches removed so I proceeded forward. With every conversation that went forward I felt more and more that I had made a bad decision. In my last conversation I was told that my coupon could not be used because the job was not $300 or more, I requested a refund for the price of the coupon when I was informed that Pro Tree was not affiliated with Angie's List and they only did advertising for them and I would have to contact Angie's List for a refund have a nice day and the call was ended. I was not even given the chance to say that perhaps I would pay the $150.00 price to have the branches removed the call was just ended. To be clear the work was NOT performed and Angie's List did provide me a refund for the coupon. This is not how you run a business if you want to have and keep customers. I have used Angie's list for many other jobs with an excellent outcome, this was just not one of them.

The day following a heavy wet snowstorm, there were a number of broken/hanging branches on my backyard pear tree. I called Tree Pros on Sunday, left a message, and received a callback from them on Monday morning. They had a crew of 4 at my house by mid-day, and they took care of the problem right away. This consisted of pruning hanging branches, removing all broken fallen branches, and cleanup. One of the crew had to climb up into the tree to perform work on higher branches. This is the 3rd time I have used Tree Pros, and I have always been impressed by their service. They're very professional, and a great value in my opinion.

This is the second time I have used Tree Pros, two years apart. Their crew happened to be the same from two years ago. Very polite and professional.

I called this company over a week ago. I left a message saying I needed an estimate to get 3 trees trimmed. Apparently they're too busy to even return a phone call.

I contacted Tree Pros Inc. by phone on 09/08/2015 to request a bid on pruning all the trees around our home. During such initial conversation it was indicated that a representative would come out the following week by 09/16/2015 and provide such estimate. I informed the representative that the work needs to be completed between 10/06/2015 - 10/18/2015 since the painting of the exterior of our home is scheduled to start on 10/19/2015. The representative informed me that if I book by 09/18/2015 that the indicated time frame to complete the work could be met. No representative showed up the following week as promised to perform the estimate nor had anyone returned numerous voice mail messages left prior to going on a two week vacation starting 09/21/2015. A rating of "F" is due to the lack of professionalism and common courtesy provided by this company.

I am pleased with their work work. they were priced right, showed up when they said they would, and did good work. I would use these folks again.

Another great experience with Tree Pros. I have used them in the past to prune a massive 100+ year old oak (see review from 12/30/2010). In our new house (with much younger trees) and I had them provide a bid to plant a new tree and prune three 10 year old tree. The arborist, Mike, arrived on time, addressed to my questions/concerns, and wrote up a bid. Due to a rainy spring, we had to reschedule this work several times, but the owner, Paul, communicated this with me each day of the scheduled work. Eventually a very competent couple of guys came out to perform the work. The crew lead was able to tell me all about how to care for and maintain the newly planted tree as well as the other trees which they pruned. He did a really nice job of pruning out the trees to open them up and keep the branches out of the street/car area. Great job cleaning up afterwards as well. I would definitely use them again.

I had purchased coupon, and never heard back for a couple of days. Typically I hear back same day or next day. I emailed and called, finally got a response. I told owner that is all i wanted was an acknowledgement and could he set a date. He said I will come out in a few days. I said fine, i know the tree services are busy. He sent a gentlement out and called me 10 mins he would arrive, I said fine. He did the assessment, he said this will have to cost $300 to use your coupon and we can do work until mid June. I said, what? I can't leave these limbs down, i had dragged them near gate, i had surgery so I could not do much more. So he did the estimate and it came in under $300. He said he would subtract the $75 coupon off, I said no that is not my understanding. I certify this is true and complete. Captain Jacobs USA retired. THis is he only Angies list service that has not been exceptional. I use Angies list for many household services. Always exceptional.

They showed up at 8:30a and got to work right away. Removed the 2 trees, ground out the stumps and cleaned up the debris. Did the job quickly and well.

While I never actually met Mike in person, he did return all my calls within 24-hours, and his team showed up on the day I was told they would. The job took about an hour and his team managed to avoid all my flower beds and did not leave a mess. They did a decent job grinding the stump - after digging out all the mulch I did find one or two very small spots where the stump was missed near the surface, but nothing shocking or unacceptable (pretty sure the beast is still dead). I was able to back fill the stump hole with dirt and plant grass seed the next day. Happy that they killed the and quot;Cottonwood Monsterand quot; for us!

They were easy to reach, easy to schedule, did the work quickly and professionally, and at a cost that was better than I had hoped for.

Tree Pros service was exceptional. Some of the work was close to power lines. Tree Pros coordinated with XCEL and kept me informed. Tree Pros arrived on time. Paul was present to review the work with the foreman and made sure I was introduced and informed. The crew worked hard and were very skilled. Clean up was excellent. Some of the work was over my neighbor's lawn who reported to me they were also pleased. Tree Pros also picked up the debris left behind by XCEL in the ally . The foreman was very knowledgeable and provided some tips for future tree maintenance. I was very pleased and will call Tree Pros in the futuure

Only point of contention is communication. You never can get ahold of them, you alway need to leave a message which usually gets returned about 8am in the morning in aday or two, which doesn"t work when you are at work. Work performed was fine, and price was good.

Went very well, scheduling was easy, showed up on time, friend only complaint was that I purchased 2 deals, only one was honored, had to seek a refund for the second one.

Paul came out to evaluate a cottonwood in my back yard that was half dead and appeared to be diseased. Paul gave two prices, one for removing only the dead area and then to remove and stump grind the whole tree. He was very knowledgeable about the tree's condition and the disease it appeared to be suffering from. The crew showed up as planned and worked very carefully to avoid any damage to the surroundings. It was a big tree and I was worried about limbs falling on the house or fences. All of the crew were extremely polite and professional and the clean up was excellent. I have used Tree Pro before and have gotten competitive bids where they have been low bidder. I've liked their work so much I did not get other bids this time around and considered the price very fair considering the difficult access to my back yard.

We needed a tree trimmer to take down some trees in our back yard so we could move some electrical lines. We called a week before the service was needed, they came out and told us they could do the job. They arrived during the time frame they promised and took down the trees, treated the stumps for free, and hauled away extra brush we had piled up behind our house. They were done in less than an hour. They cleaned up behind themselves. We appreciated their timeliness, since we were on a tight timeline with the electrical company. They were knowledgeable about the other trees in our yard as well. We will definitely use them again.

Received an HOA notice about some trees in the backyard and was given 30 days to rectify the situation. Since we had been on vacation when the notice was delivered we were down to 20 days. I called Tree Pros and Mike came out to do the estimate. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. When I called to schedule service, Paul informed me they were several weeks out (I know, I should have inquired upfront). I explained my situation and Paul said he would figure out a way to make it work. Paul scheduled the work for three days before the deadline. Due to other jobs taking longer than anticipated, Paul sent a former employee, the owner of Green Arbor Masters LLC to perform the job. These guys were great!! They arrived on time and went right to work. They even went above and beyond to try and help me remove a cement footing from an old fence post. If the need ever arises, I would definitely use these companies again.

Paul provided detailed estimate of work to do immediately - they saved my apple tree! and work to be done this winter.The crew arrived promptly and were very knowledgeable. They brought plywood to protect my flower beds and did a great job cleaning up - even the sawdust was gone. My apple tree looks better then it ever has and will thrive.Pricing was very competitive especially for the high quality of work done. I plan to use them this winter to prune other neglected trees and have recommended them to neighbors.

Very well. Fast and efficient. Sorry the response with regard to my feed back is certainly delayed, but I feel better late than never! (I also just came across the receipt, which triggered my memory)

Gave a very affordable estimate to cut down a partial tree and stump grind. Would definitely use again.
