It went flawlessly.
Description of Work: Paul and his Tree Pro team removed a 40ft ash tree in the front yard and trimmed four pine/spruce trees. Tree Pro did an excellent job and would hire again. They cleaned ALL the of tree debris and left the property very clean. Their pricing was very competitive. I would recommend their services for your tree needs.

Description of Work: I needed tree trimming at two different properties. Tree pro did some work for me several years ago and I was happy with the work. I contacted them in 2015 they never got back to me. I thought I would give them another chance. I contacted them on September 13 via email. They responded said they would send someone out and give me an estimate. That was a month and a half ago. Obviously they do not need my business.

Response from Tree Pros Inc
We keep phone records for three months back. The records are from all calls we receive, all calls. I have looked through the records twice and cant find any record of this person calling, I even cross-referenced addresses, and not one record from this person or address exists. On average, about 5% of the calls we receive are impossible to understand either because the caller was using a cell phone and there was a poor connection, or because they simply don't speak clearly enough to understand. We always try using caller id feature to be able to get the call back number, but a lot of people block their phone number so it makes it impossible. I cant believe that this person said he called several times and got no response, We strive to respond to every customer and it is disappointing when we receive a review like this. It is not reflective of our company and how hard we try to provide a quality service at a competitive price.
