I went to "the list" and found Tree Pros. I called and they came to give an estimate the next day. Another man called to schedule the work but he said it would be in about a month. The time came and 4 men got busy, with one up the tree and the others to clean up and run the chipper. They came and went in about 1 1/2 hours and even trimmed the branches back from the wires coming to the house.

We were afraid the dead trees were a safety issue. They came in and took out five or six trees. They also planted some new trees she had purchased. From what I saw everything was fine. My grandson and I watched; he was enthralled by it. When they took the trees down the yard was covered. They cleaned it all up. The only negative thing I can say is there was one worker that was smoking. We just don't do smoking and have allergies. It was not a big deal. We saw it but were not affected by it. The second crew that planted the trees were great too. They were very polite, knowledgeable and they all spoke English. We get a lot of people we can't communicate with. They guarantee their work and they gave us information on how to care for the trees during the winter.

This company did a very good job. They were quick in their work. They cleaned up all the branches. It took about two weeks to receive my receipt after several phone calls.

They were prompt and punctual and got the work done in short order for a very reasonable price.

Paul (the owner) got right back to me and he came out to take a look. As an arborist, he could make recommendations and I learned that the 15 trees were not in as bad a shape as I thought. His recommendation for what needed done involved much less work and money than I thought. We scheduled several weeks out, and the company called the day before coming to confirm the previously scheduled date. Two men came and did the hard work pleasantly. They cleaned everything up, including raking up the debris, and both the trees and I are much happier! I had thought that Paul might come by to check on things, but in the end it didn't matter that he couldn't, because the guys did a fine job on their own.

Paul came out at the appointment time and walked through the garden and we discussed the different trees and roots that needed trimming/removing. He was very informative and gave me tips on trees that they were not going to prune as part of the job. He gave me an estimate and I was called the next day by the office and the job was scheduled. On the morning of the job the lead person called me to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time, did a wonderful job pruning, cutting roots and removed the cuttings. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely use them again.

Arrived on-time, completed work in a timely manner and left minimal mess.

We recently moved into a home with beautiful old trees that were in serious need of trimming. I called a few companies for estimates and Paul was the only one who offered to come while I was at home so I could talk to him directly about what I wanted. The others just dropped estimates off at my door. Scheduled a trim and they did a great job of getting these trees back in shape, particularly the one that was in the power lines. The team that came was very nice, especially the foreman who humored me as I asked him a million questions. My only complaint was that I didn't realize they wouldn't come first thing in the morning, that I was the second job of the day and the first job ended up taking them quite a bit of time and the weren't able to get to me til 2. However, I called Paul who was responsive and apologetic and when they did come they got right to work and did a great job.

They were very prompt on their services. Their estimate was accurate. They were very helpful. I would recommend them to others and I would use them again.

I'd give an A+ if I could. The bid came in at half the price of Davey Tree, so I was skeptical, but good reviews on Angie's List and a little research made me feel more comfortable. After receiving and eventually accepting the bid, I got a call the following week to schedule the work in about 3 weeks (not too bad considering it wasn't an emergency & it is summer). The crew showed up on time, got right to work and did a great job. Limbs fell right where they should (missing everyone's house, mailbox and plants), they cleaned up as they went, only blocking the street for a few minutes during the job. Most impressive was the removal of the Russian Olive limb that hung over my neighbor's house & trees that needed a well planned removal - and went just as planned. Paul, the owner, stopped by to check on things for a few minutes, but everything was going fine. The crew worked hard, cleaned up well and did a great job. I was also impressed by the crew leader thanking me for my business & choosing their company. Highly recommended.

Everything went great. I was very pleased. They were very knowledgeable and informative. I do plan to use them for all of my future landscaping needs.

Called Tree Pros to get an estimate to cut down two large trees. Left message. Paul called back the next morning promising to have the estimate completed the next day. Estimate was done as promised and at a reasonable price. We gave approval and the job was completed within a week. He was also willing to cut the trunk to a certain size and leave for us so we could burn in our fireplace. Everything went very smoothly and we would recommend them.

As I reported above, the whole process was very smooth. The crew arrived as scheduled and began working immediately. They completed all work and cleaned up all areas. They posted safety cones around the large truck and shredder and parked in front of my property allowing traffic to move easily in my cul-de-sac.

I got two estimates. Tree Pros was almost $200 less that another popular A rated company. The company was a bit slow in returning phone calls, about 2 to 3 days average. They had to reschedule twice, once due to weather and once for no apparent reason. Hence the B grade. But unless you plan to meet the crew and direct the work, the rescheduling was no inconvenience, other than to wonder if they were actually going to show up. I did happen to be home when the crew did the work. They trimmed the tree nicely and cleaned up so you would not have even known they were there. I would use them again because they did a good job and the price was right.

I called and left a message that I was interested in an estimate for 3 trees to be trimmed. Paul called me back the next day and we scheduled an estimate for the following day. Well, no one ever showed up for the estimate, or called me, to explain why not. I called 2 hours after the scheduled estimate time and left a message. I never heard back. I called again 4 days later and left another message asking if they were still interested in giving me an estimate. I never heard back.

Really great experience. I got three bids (including one from another company that's highly-rated on Angie's List) and Tree Pros was about 25% less expensive than the next-lowest bid. Paul (the owner) met with me to see what I wanted done, and was very generous with his time in discussing the work, as well as future work I may need to have done, including recommendations for a good tree to replace the spruce I had removed. He seems extremely knowledgeable and his workers were professional and did a very good job. I will use them to plant and maintain the new street tree I intend to plant in the spring, and feel confident their care will help me get the most vigor from whatever I have planted. Am thrilled to have found them, and excited to see how they perform on future projects!

They did a good job with the trimming and clean-up. We had also requested fertilization for a number of trees and bushes. However, this company has some difficulties from a business perspective. Nobody called us to let us know what date they would do this service. I finally called and they said that we were on the schedule in two days. It would have been nice for them to have done this and they admitted that they had experienced some recent personnel turnover. In terms of the fertilization, this was to be done by a different crew and we never heard from anyone even though I asked about I might use them again but it would be nice if they got their act together.

They did an excellent job; every bit of debris was gone. They were so polite, showed up when they said they would. Their price was much less than the other estimates I received.

I selected Tree Pros because of their glowing reports on Angie's List. I obtained three estimates, Tree Pros being the lowest by far. They were right on time, placed cones around their trucks and equipment and did a preliminary walk-through with me to verify the work. When they had finished, we did another walk-through to be sure I was satisfied. They did exactly what I wanted with regard to the trees and cleaned up so well, no one would have guessed they had ever been there. Added to this, they were the most polite, professional and service oriented technicians I have come across in a very long time.

After contacting Angie's List, I called 3 different tree trimming services that were highly recommended and asked for bids on our tree. All three services came to our house within the week and left bids. The highest one was almost $500.00. Tree Pros not only gave the lowest bid, they also offered a 10% discount if our neighbors (who requested bids as well) had their tree trimmed also. Approximately three weeks after receiving the bid, Tree Pros came and did the job. We were not at home, yet the work they performed was excellent. They stuck the bill in our door, promising to return soon for leftover brush. They must have come shortly thereafter because when I returned from a trip out of town, I found the tree beautifully trimmed and no sign of any brush. Our next door neighbors had their very damaged tree completely removed and the stumb ground, and there was no sign of any debree in their yard either. We received a 10% discount. I highly recommend Tree Pros!

THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH TREE PRO'S WAS VERY VERY GOOD! THE OWNER/SERVICE REPRESENATIVE WAS AN EXSTREMELY NICE PERSON AND THE GUY'S THAT DID THE WORK WERE ALL GENTELMAN AND HIGHLY KNOWLEGABLE AND PROFFESSIONAL. THE COST OF THE WORK WAS VERY VERY REASONABLE FOR THE JOB PROFORMED.
