Horrible service the guy that helped me(short guy with white/gray beard) was extremely rude he told me to suck a D***

Extremely rude bad customer service do not recommend

We had some heavy-duty damage caused by a wheelchair. The service person was late to the both the estimate and job appointment with excuses saying, I am right around the corner, be there in 15 minutes. It took them 30 to 45 minutes after that. After I paid him and extra $50 for the extra damage he found and fixed, he had the nerve to write a scathing text about me to someone else and accidently sent it to me, Next day he texted, oops wrong person. Not a smidge of an apology. Very unprofessional behavior!

Hired to come and put in some closet doors and he did a great job for a reasonable price. Very professional work. Would definitely have him back for more projects as it sounds like he can pretty much do anything!

My door resizing was done quickly and properly. Tread Designs also gave me a reasonable price. I would hire the company again.

Very happy with the new staircase. Ken did a great job. Detail oriented and great carpentry work. Would definitely use Tread Design again. Plus, Ken is a great guy and has an artful eye and helped us in the design. Good price as well!

First day spent about 3 hours working and never came back the second day to finish the job. I had to hire someone else. He was pleasant and kind. Do not think he was motivated to finish the job.

Ken fixed some close soft drawers in my bathroom. He was running late, due to the weather, but he called twice to give me updates on his arrival. He did a good job.

Ken was fairly priced and super kind and respectful. He finished the work promptly and well done. I will definitely use hime again and again. Thanks Home Advisor!

He did a mice job balancing our stackinng washer/dryer and blowing out of sprinkler system.

Ken does excellent quality work and has skills to do whatever’s needed. We were readying a house for sale and he work he did was remodel kitchen, drywall, widen an entryway, install appliances, plumbing, custom countertops, tile, drywall repairs throughout the house, new doors, and many other things. He was friendly and easy to work with, and always cared about what we needed and getting everything right. If there was one drawback – Ken took too long. Four weeks to finish the work. But that wasn’t all his fault, because we asked for more things later than originally, which put him past the week he had allotted and then he had to juggle our work with other commitments.
