We hired Jose to replace our fence. As soon as he was paid, the work stopped and was never finished properly. The old fence was cut off near the base of the posts - the old posts were never removed. As a result the fence was moved a couple inches to accommodate the old posts and was installed over the top of my sprinkler heads so the sprinkler heads needed to be moved (one of which was covered in concrete). Jose did not finish painting the fence. He said he did not have any more paint and did not have the time to color match to get more. Jose also got paint on my neighbors white fence and left concrete in my neighbors beautifully landscaped backyard. Jose installed swing out fence doors for my garbage and recycle bins but never installed anything to hold them in place so they are always open when the wind blows. If you hire Jose, you need to micromanage the project and do not pay until you are satisfied.
