The company installed the furnace in my home three years ago and I gave used them since that time. My home has a central air system so I have used them for all of my HVAC needs. They were very responsive and responded very quickly when I need repairs on my air conditioner in 2009 and to come replace that unit last year. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled and cleaned and serviced the furnace and AC taking time to clean and inspect both units thoroughly. Both were spotless upon completion and all systems were tested to ensure proper functionality. The company owner and technician were very courteous and responsive to my concerns about the cost of the work and they offered a 20% discount on the work. I will continue to use this firm to take care of my HVAC needs because they have been responsive, effective, and have offered reasonable rates for repairs, service, and installation work over the last three years.

We were referred to TLC by our home inspector, who noticed that our heat was not working. TLC came out and I was so impressed by their conscientiousness and professionalism. At first, he thought that the circuit board in the furnace had gone out, so he ordered it and came back 2 days later to install it. When he came back, he realized that it was not the circuit board, which would have been $500, but the furnace just shorted out the thermostat - he ran to Home Depot to get the new thermostat for me, and it was $200 instead of the original $500 quote. I was very impressed by his integrity!

They did a terrific job. I was really pleased when they came to give me the estimate and went over the different options. The installation was neat and cleaned up when they were completed. Their price was reasonable.
