Straightforward on the options and the pricing for each one. The plumber did great work. Only thing was I felt it was a bit pricey, but other than that I am pleased with the service I received.

When they could not show up for first estimate because they were running behind they did not call me. The second scheduled appointment for estimate they were running behind and finally showed up 4 1/2 hrs. later. The plumbers were very nice and professional and repaired the problem quickly

Together they worked a complicated plumbing and electrical install to accommodate a walk-in tub for my Mother and everything worked perfectly. Did a great job did not have to cut through the wall saved me money

I hired Tipping Hat to see if they can certified my water heater to sell our house. Tech came on site and explained in great detail why it can not be certified. While tech was unable to certify my water heater, he did recommend a few options of what he can do along with recommendations of how to choose right water heater. Over all, tech was very knowledgeable, I did not feel hustled, and was very friendly.

Work quality was ok but the project was not terribly difficult and any number of good companies could have done it, and done it for a third the cost, which I discovered after the fact. They are all about draining your funds, they are very high priced, I encourage you to get some quotes. I'm sorry I didn't.

This company did a fine job installing a tankless water heater. I feel like they went above and beyond in that they moved vents, put in an outlet, checked our furnace, and did an amazing clean up job!
