Great experience, the Halo 5 water treatment system was installed in one day and they hauled off the old whole house filter and salt water softener systems for us. Explained what was going on throughout the process of the install and did a great job protecting floors before any work started. Would definitely recommend Tipping Hat for any plumbing needs.

Hired for emergency clog in the drain of our home. I had to report to office, my wife stayed home to work. Tipping hat arrived as scheduled, ran their scope and determined a corroded pipe. Apparently a drain existed beneath the tile from previous owners. So TH relocated the drain in a sensible location and excavated 15x2 slab to replace the drain pipes. TH was responsive and timely on the project. We elected financing through their low rate offers, only to find out my wife opened up a Wells Fargo credit card at an extraordinary interest rate. That felt deceptive. Then mitigation crew came through to remove floor tile and revealed the drain that was supposed to be removed and closed. The job, in my opinion, was incomplete due to this oversight because I still have an open abandoned backed up drain in the middle of the floor. I?m keeping my rating low until my project manager gets back from vacation to resolve the short fall before we begin restoration.

They did a great job. It was a bit expensive but the customer service equaled it out. I will be using them again to ser up my swamp cooler for the summer.

Brandon and his team were quick and professional. I needed to have all three pipes from my bathroom replaced and they managed to do it all in one day. Will be using them again and am glad to have a company I can call and trust for future issues.

I was pleased because they decided to not install the new evaporative cooler. The technicians stated the roof was not in a good condition and suggested a roofer assess the structure prior to install. This shows to me a real commitment to quality work. The technician felt terrible, and he should not have. His hesitancy to install when there was a chance of structural issues later or increased risk of leaking or increased risk of injury to the guys working made me realize what a quality company this is. So, I am getting a roofer out. And Tipping Hat is holding onto my evaporative cooler at the original price quoted with all of their warranties and guarantees in place. I did not get the service I expected, but I got the best service for the situation. Looking forward to working with this company once my roof is repaired.

Tipping Hat managed to unclog our kitchen drain, and were able to locate the clog. But I question their assessment of the condition of the pipes. They suggested replacing the whole system which would be $13000. I found a solution for the problem that cost me $24!

Terrible, will not be using them again. Plumber was very pushy from the start, all he wanted me to do was buy a new water heater, very little diagnosis was done, quickly moving to just â you need a new water heater and you should buy from us and hereâ s why, we will do this and thisâ sounds like a politician! Not an honest business, asked for a flush, and instead they charged me over $300 for a flush and a tuneup they said. Not sure what kind of tune up as not much time was spent with whatever was done. The receipt didnâ t clearly state what â servicesâ were done, just a code. He didnâ t even have a hose and had to use my garden hose to complete the job. What kind of plumber doesnâ t have a hose? An inexperienced one! Sure I will be getting a new water heater in the next year or two, but definitely not from them!
