Extremely professional and fair.

The plumber that came recommended a restoration repairman and stayed until he got to my house. I was advised how I could fix the small leak myself and was not even charged the $29 trip fee. This is unusual and I will keep them for the future.

Tipping hat was timely and efficient. They work was quality and done right in two days.

Overpriced.

I needed a project done at the last minute before heading out of town. They were able to fit me in, they arrived on time, and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. Only regret was that it was pretty expensive, over $500 just to replace an exterior faucet, but we needed it done quickly so it's all good.

The cost was much higher than I thought it was going to be. Online estimates were around $500 and the cost was over twice that amount. Because of my schedule I felt I had to go with it anyway. The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. I was told I would get a text with a picture of the person coming out but I never received anything other than a confirmation for the appointment date.i was still happy with the outcome of the project.

Work quality overall was excellent. We had a sewer pipe that needed replacement following a home inspection, and the technician found that the pipe was actually worse off than the inspector was able to discern. The replacement was done quickly, and because he had to cut into the back of our cabinet to complete the job, he even added an access panel to cover up the hole that, unfortunately, had to be made. One correction that could be made is communication between the customer, home office, and technician for follow-up appointments. After the initial assessment, we weren't told when they could come back and fix the issue. I called the home office and they confirmed that a follow-up appointment had, in fact, been made, but the day of the appointment, the technician indicated that he had not known that it was scheduled, and only found out about it when it popped up on his calendar that same day. Fortunately, he was able to set aside some time that day to come out and complete the job, but better communication from the home office to both him and us could have prevented the confusion. Overall, we were happy with the service.

Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating and Electric has been fantastic from start to finish. From the first call and scheduling with Robert to the service provided by Rocky at my home. Robert was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Generally very pleasant. The company followed up a few times and made sure I was aware of my appointment time calling right up to about 30 minutes prior to the technician coming out. Rocky the technician was running a little behind and he called to update me and let me know when he would be here. I had my hot water heater flushed and inspected. Rocky was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Again incredibly polite and clearly concerned about keeping my home clean. Was happy to discuss options and answer questions I had. Made sure I was good with going forward with the work to be done. He was very efficient and did a great job. All costs seemed extremely reasonable. Really enjoyed the overall experience I had with Tipping Hat and will be sure to continue to use them in the future. Thank you Robert and thank you Rocky!

Fantastic work!

The plumber performed the task properly; however, his charges was a bit expensive $$$ (over priced).

The plumber was excellent, the electrician was not nearly as professional, he cut a gaping hole in the ceiling to put in a light. The cut wasn’t straight so the patchwork he left me to do was difficult to say the least. Overall I’m happy the work got done, but there is room for improvement.

He installed a new shower head and gave me quotes to clean drains and replace something in another shower head

Had Washer and Dryer water lines and drain put inside the wall. Did a good job with it.
