Like other companies Tipping Hat has a set price no matter how long it takes the technician to do the job. They arrived on time, very nice and completed the job quickly.

We didn't know who to call to fix our AC when it went out on a hot summer day, so we went through various flyers from one of those envelopes with various ads. We picked a couple and Tipping Hat were the only people who could come out that day. Their supervisor, Adian came out and looked it over and said it would be best to be replaced, as it was already 15 years old. We had already had a furnace that was off and on during the winter and needed to be replaced too. We had gotten a way over the top estimate on replacing the furnace and we're hoping to hold off. Adian gave us 4 options and prices on replacing the AC and we settled on one that suited our budget and had a terrific financing option of 0%. It wasn't the highest priced one but Aidian let us know it was the right one for the size of our house. He set up a time and date to have the old furnace and AC replaced and came out that day with two young guys who introduced themselves as Tony and Steve. I'm a sucker for people with a strong work ethic and Tony and Steve certainly had that. They worked in an overheated attic on a hot day straight through till the job was finished and cleaned everything up. I thought every step of the way was handled with professionalism and great competence and would highly recommend them to anybody.

The person was personally friendly good work. Not by this gentleman, but we were asked if we wanted to pay first. That was a no-no

For a project like this, always ask what else you will have to do to finish it like it needs to be. I did tub and shower surround. That lead to a separate company for drywall. Then the tub footprint didnt match so thankfully we had some extra flooring, and we are still working on the trim.

They did an amazing job converting my house to a tankless water heater. Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. They showed up on time, finished ahead of schedule, and stayed on budget. I will keep them at the front on my mind for future projects and will recommend to friends and family.

Was a terrible experience, first they came out was supposed to come out with the camera did not came out snaked the clock down to low then I had to pay 3500 more than amount of money that I was told. And the line ended up backing out into my house and flood in my house.

They are a very professional and courteous company to work with. Josh fixed my existing bathtub faucet and did it in less than an hour. I also like the fact that there is a 1 year warranty on the work. I would definitely recommend this company!

quoted really high, but owner changed it to lower. the orignal quoter was 2 out of 5 stars but the technician was amazing.

Work seems satisfactory, very pricey (maybe it is the reality of living in Denver).

they are professional and not on commission. give you good advice and does not try to sell you anything, in fact they would not want to put in the water heater that I originally bought because they said it was improper and an inferior brand for the house and recommended the correct ones we could get from them and outside of the ones they sell. That's honest!!!

They were reasonable. The office, sales and installation people were great. There was a slight delay but they stepped in and met my deadline since it was a requirement for a home sale and closing.

Tipping Hat plumbers were professional and knowledgable!! And they were very quick between estimate and installation.

Water heaters are not cheap. I was very satisfied with the quote and the fact that I was able to buy a 20 year warranty with the one I purchased. Louis installed a damaged water heater that he referred to as only cosmetic Luckily I was able to have Dustin come out and install a new one the very next day. Excellent customer service. They didn t question me about replacing it. Hopefully they replaced Louis.

Was unable to do the one job that I needed done, much less anything else. Price quote seemed too high even after removing items from the list.
