Our shower was coming out hot water only, no cold. We had a previous plumber come out who was unable to fix it, and told us he'd have to cut through the wall and replace the whole unit. I called Tipping Hat. They sent Brian and Dana out the same day. Brian replaced the shower valve cartridge. He did not have to cut through the tile or anything like that, that the previous plumber wanted. The shower now gets hot and cold. I would definitely use Tipping Hat Plumbing again.

Was put off by Pro that bid the job when he asked me to pay in full when I accepted the bid, also the Plumber that did the job was pretty good but he didn't do any cleanup, either on the area where he worked on any of the carpet areas leading to the crawl space. I vacuumed and cleaned up myself.

On time. Courteous. Didn't introduce himself. I guess he assumed I knew who he was. Commented on potential problem for future.
