Made arrangements 2 weeks out to have shower valve replaced. Talked to the person who scheduled and reviewed the original quote they gave me. A poorly dressed salesman shows up and tries to give me another quote. As I am explaining what happened, he gets on his phone and begins talking to someone else and tells me that he can only hear 1 person at a time. I let him know he should have probably waited until I was done explaining things before getting on his phone. He was asked to leave my condo immediately. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I was still willing to work with them until he basically told me to shut up in my own home after they made the mistake. CLOWNS!

Well, I asked what all was done for seven hundred dollars ($700) and Murcus responded with a diatribe of his schooling cost and the amount of responsibility that comes with fixing the copper pipe in my crawl space that spring a pinhole leak. I'm a single older African-american woman and I have experienced the racism/sexism and biases inherent in American society. So, not having my question answered quite naturally triggered these very disconcerting and uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. I do not have a remedy to determine the fairness of this charge. So, I've decided this review and contacting Better Business Bureau and Department of Regulatory Agencies may bring some peace to my mind. Sigh.

My wife was charged $1,700.00 for a shower faucet that the exact one on line is $30.00 !! Then they charged $300.00 To install it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The work was fine. No complaints. However, I feel like I was played like a fiddle regarding the price. The part was $50 if I were to buy it at Home Depot plus some additional fittings. I was charged almost $800 for an easy job. I blame myself for not saying no but he was here and said he could do the work right now. I said go ahead. The work was fine but I feel like I was taken advantage of. I should have gotten additional quotes. I was taken advantage of for sure.
