The technician took the time to explain the operation and maintenance needed for the unit and made sure everything was working up to standards before leaving.

They were able to schedule the initial and follow-up visits very timely. Also installed a new furnace vent in the basement. All went well. Price seemed reasonable with a quote at the first visit.

Overall I was very disappointed not only with this vendor but with Angie's List, they are supposed to be screening out the jerks so that I don't have to deal with them, otherwise what is the point?

The man who came first to look at the set-up, came earlier than the time I was told, but I was here so it was okay. The technician who came to do the work came 2 hours early, and he did not call ahead of time so it was possible I would not be here when he came. In any event, he came, was very pleasant and took care of a misunderstanding in my favor. Overall it was a good experience. The unit seems to be working well.

We had an appointment today between 9-10am. No one showed, so we called and they said they would be here this afternoon. I bought the humidifier beforehand and the guy was trying to upsell us to a larger unit than I already had. They tried to explain why, but it ends up not being such a deal if we go with the larger size humidifier. Due to the extra cost, it’s not such a great deal. I have decided to not use this company.

Technician arrived promptly and called in advnace to confirm time. Completed work timely and clearly explained recommendation to replace a part and why. Overall, very satisfied with the service. Also, spent time to discuss humidifier settings with me since I never had a humidifier on my furnace before.

They seemed to be a good company offering a quality product. We ended up getting a refund just because of the way our furnace was set up, the final job would have costs closer to $1200, which was a little outside our price range. The technician was honest and upfront, but we opted for a refund of the deal instead.

The standard maintenance service call went very well. The serviceman informed me I needed a new furnace and showed me the crack in the heat exchanger. The gentleman was sincere and direct. While this was not news anyone wants, I believe it to be accurate based on what he showed me and also the general age of my furnace. I called them again to follow up with an estimate. A different gentleman showed up. This person used several sales tactics to get me to buy a furnace. Nothing wrong with that as that is his job. However, I became somewhat skeptical and uneasy when he tried to sell me on workmanship when the only work they had done was say "you need a new furnace." In the end, I decided to go with another company to replace my furnace. This primary factor in my decision was price, the secondary factor was the approach of the salesman. Their price for a Bryant furnace was 50% higher than any quote I received for a Rheem furnace. One may argue that Bryant furnaces are better than Rheem furnaces, and perhaps that's true. But I saw no substantial statistical difference between the two in Consumer Reports, thus I elected to go with another product and another company. I would not hire them again because I do not believe their prices are competitive on high-cost items. Others may not reach the same conclusion I did.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for a whole-house humidifier installation. I called on the day I purchased it, and was called back the same day. They made sure that I had actually purchased the correct product for my house, then set up an appointment for the next day. The service window was 10-noon and Michele showed up a little after 10. He was courteous with me and kind to my overly-friendly pugs. After looking at the furnace he told me it would be 1.5 - 2 hours and set to work. 1.5 hours later he was done. Michele made sure to explain to me how to use the humidifier, and went further, explaining HOW the humidifier worked. Many people probably wouldn't care but I appreciated the information. The install was very, very clean and neat. One thing I appreciated was that he took photos of the installation - said he had to to ensure everyone concerned knew that the job was done right. He also made sure to tell me that the rest of the heating system was looking good. He took care to straighten up the work area when finished. Michele was a pleasant and engaging person. Sure, a surly serviceman who does the job right is okay, but it's much nicer when someone I allow into my home is friendly, and happy doing the job. At the end he, of course, did a little up-sell for a seasonal inspection service on the HVAC, but it was very low-key and in no way bothersome. Finally, he gave the dogs a nice goodbye when he left, which they appreciated.

Adian called 15 minutes prior to the start of his 'window' time for appt. and arrived promptly at 8AM. He went to work servicing the furnace for the tune-up and finished in a short time. Called me in to inspect and review his findings. All went smoothly and I was very impressed with his professionalism.I will definitely consider All Weather when I am ready to replace my furnace.

I never heard from this company. After a few days, someone from Angie's List checked with me on my purchase, and I informed them of this. They said that they would contact the provider and have them get in touch with me to set up an appointment, but I still didn't hear from them. Finally, Angie's List refunded my purchase price.

Everything about the service we purchased from All Weather Heating and Cooling went very smoothly. We set up the appointment and the service technician arrived on time and ready to perform the service we purchased. He was friendly, efficient and thorough. The work was done in a timely fashion and the service tech offered advice we needed to know. He used shoe covers to keep our carpets clean.

The showed up on time, were very professional and I felt at ease right away.

All Weather Heating and Cooling never contacted me to schedule this work and I had to contact Angie's List to get a refund. Don not use this service, they are not reliable.

He arrived earlier than the scheduled time. They were great. He let us know that we needed a new furnace. I was very happy with his services.

The man from All Weather arrived on time and was very thorough. He did a very good job diagnosing any possible issues and made sure that my furnace was running properly. He did find a couple of issues and gave me several options to deal with the repairs. I very much appreciated Robert's service, patience to carefully explain everything, and willingness to talk through options with me.

Mr. Piele arrived on time, inspected and cleaned the furnace surfaces, motor openings, and burners, and testd electrical parts, while he explained how the furnace operates, and his concerns regarding parts that were showing wear and age. He was polited, friendly, and seemed very competent and professional, careful not to make any mess. He wrote a clear and concise report, with repair pricinng, and we discussed the cost of repair vs. the cost of replacement.

I was able to book my appointment online via their website with no problems at all. Huge convenience! They were accommodating and followed up quickly. No problems getting the day and time I desired and no technical issue with the website. When they arrived at my home the gentleman was polite, courteous and went out of his way to respect my home. The tune up itself didnt take long at all and when he was done I received a a detailed report of his expert opinion on the condition of my furnace. Luckily, there were no major issues at this time but I did also receive a list of things that would need to be done soon as well as things I should watch for. VERY helpful! Now I can maybe prevent my furnace form breaking down by following this company's advice. And it is all documented and presented in a folder for me to put away and refer to. I really felt that they were genuinely interested in helping me and not just squeezing me for as much money as they could get. Instead of running in and out they took time to actually talk to me and seemed interested in forming a relationship with me, Very smart. I will definitely be using All Weather again and I highly recommend them.

Joe was courteous and professional while at my home when the service was done. He answered all of my questions completely and gave me information re:the care and maintenance of my system. I felt that he was very knowledgeable and thorough. I did not feel that I was being "ripped off" because I am a woman and a senior citizen.
