Very well, nice guy, quick, knew his stuff and got it taken care of.

Showed promptly, nice uniform, friendly, and then it went down hill, he told me that he was going to diagnose the problem at a cost of $79.00 which would be applied to any work done, but that the "tune-up" coupon would not be honored. He took off the cover, checked the coolant amount and told me that it was fine but that it was the dual capacitor that was the problem, and that the cost to replace it was $252.00; I asked him to show me the difference in the meter readings between the part he was removing and the one he replaced it with. I became suspicious when he didn't place the electrodes at the same place on both parts. Then the cold air wasn't coming out, so he decided to recharge the system ($127..00 minimum) and still inadequate cold air; so he went to the furnace and proclaimed that the motor was running hot and that this could have caused the whole problem. He said he could replace the motor for about $700.00 and it would take thirty minutes. I then went on the computer and determined that the capacitor which matched the one removed could be purchased for less than $11.00 and that the furnace motor could be purchased for under a hundred dollars. I called two other air conditioning firms (Home Adviser) and both volunteered that I had already been "taken to the bank" and that if a furnace motor needed replaced it should cost at least half of the price quoted by the All Weather Heating and Cooling tech had quoted. So, I'd suggest anyone thinking of employing All Weather Heating and Cooling, might consider getting other bids.

The guy was nice and punctual with years of experience but was unable to increase the flow. He said that he will bring another tech that knows better about Amana A/C but did not return to me and did not reply to calls or messages. At least they did not send me a bill but it was a waist of my time.

They did a good job. They were efficient, and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.

Beware the bait and switch. They came out twice, quoted us for our bathroom renovation and answered questions, and were very nice. Then, after we had verbally agreed to move forward with them and got a spot on the schedule, we got a mysterious run-around for a week. They then sent another guy out, who proceeded to have an attitude and tell us it was all quoted wrong, and would be $15k vs. the original $7.5k we were quoted and agreed to. They told us the materials alone were $10k (not using marble, basic subway tile and porcelain floors), but then when I offered to buy my own materials, they only were willing to come down $1k in price. The math doesn't add up, and they were just trying to jerk us around for an extra $7k once they thought we were locked in. They also mentioned the guy who did our original quote has left the business, but again, not my problem. BUYER BEWARE.

i thought they did well, except when got to third furnace, they couldn't find filter, told me their was not one, also needed other work. Cost to fix was $1000.00. Got a second opinion, there was a filter in furnace and the other company did the work for $250.00!!!!

The technician was fantastic. He cleaned everything, tested all of the circuits, suggested some additional items which we could correct, and we selected from his suggestions. His recommendation was excellent, and the furnace now runs better and quieter than it has in years. We were extremely pleased.

Service tech arrived on time as expected. He performed the work in a timely manner and explained the results of his work. I have 2 units, so used the $49 coupon for one and paid $69 for the other (unit in attic so not covered by coupon). Very pleasant experience. Now I have someone to call in the future if I need furnace service.

The paper backing from the furnace door had come loose and was in the blower wheel. Robert removed the blower wheel and cleaned it out. We taped over the other piece of paper to avoid this happening again. This resolved the issue. The call was just a diagnostic charge since the issue was the paper. Robert was courteous and knowledgeable.

Its still a work in progress. They came when they said they would come. The technician was honest with his level of experience. He got help with his supervisor. The supervisor came out. They thought they got it fixed but I had to call them again. They are supposed to come out again.

The furnace quit last night 12/23 and I took the cover off and checked it out. It was flashing a error code that I identified on the internet as a bad switch or worse. At 9:30 PM called a few places and left messages. I saw the reviews for All Weather and decided to email them. They responded immediately and we set up an appointment for 9:00 AM the next morning. Adian arrived on time and was courteous. He looked at the unit and determined that the unit simply needed to be drained and cleaned. He immediately let me know what needed to be done and gave me the price upfront. I agreed and he finished within an hour. Great job!

Service went very well. Dan called approximately one hour before his arrival to let us know his ETA. Upon arrival, we discussed the issue and he inspected our inside and outside unit. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and went to work on fixing it. He explained the repairs before completing, including the cost. He also left us with recommendations for the future. Overall, the visit lasted about 90 minutes and the repair cost was (luckily) minimal. Our home was back to feeling cool within 36 hours (after 48 hours of no relief from the heat). Based on this experience, we will certainly use All Weather Heating & Cooling for our future HVAC needs.

My AC broke overnight - stopped cooling. Called the company in the morning, technician was over the same day, on time and super polite. He diagnosed the system, found a bad capacitor and fixed some electrical wires that were badly connected to the motor. He explained everything patiently and made sure I fully understand what was done and why. I am very happy with the service and I will be surely using the company in the future.

I purchased a Big Deal for furnace and A/C tune up. The service was scheduled right away after purchase. Technician showed up on time and was very professional. He was even careful to protect our carpets by wearing shoe covers. He said he was not able to perform an assessment of the A/C charge due to the cold temperatures, however performed all other services requested. He did a thorough assessment of our HVAC and determined a lot of repairs were needed and/or replacement would be necessary. The quoted prices for repairs and replacement of our furnace are a bit high compared to other quotes we have since received. Otherwise, the technician was knowledgeable and very thorough and professional.

The process began with the repairman, Daniel, calling me when he was twenty minutes away. After forty minutes I received another call saying he was outside the property, but he couldn't figure out how to access the gated community. Obviously he was at the wrong address, because I don't live in a gated community. Once I gave him the correct address he arrived ten minutes later and apologized for the confusion. Daniel was polite and professional and went straight to work checking the thermostat first and then the blower on the furnace. He was able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes of arriving. The furnace had blown a fuse so the blower wasn't coming on for the a/c unit. Fortunately it was a quick, inexpensive fix. My experience was very positive and I would definitely use this company again.

Called to come out and clean furnace of a property I was selling. Technician stated heat exchanger cracked. This is after having property inspected by home inspector. Tech noted, "clean & check furnace", with the recommendation to "replace furnace" on completion invoice. Wanting a third professional opinion, I called an additional HVAC company to take a look at the furnace, with the specific instructions to search for a cracked heat exchanger or elevated levels of CO. This tech noticed no elevated levels of CO, and no cracked heat exchanger. Tech also noted that the furnace had not been cleaned in any way. Purchased a CO meter myself, and tested ambient levels of CO as well as CO levels from air vents while heater was running. Detected no increase of CO from ambient air to furnace air. AWHC has a right to claim that cheap CO detectors are not as accurate as the more expensive equipment they use. I posted a negative review on both Yelp and Angie's List, and a representative of AWHC, Robert Piele, contacted me via phone. I explained the situation, and that there was another review on Yelp stating that the same technician, Daniel, has been accused of recommending furnace replacement, but another company found that it did not need to be replaced. Robert offered to come out again in the presence of another technician from another company, which I said I'd consider. After having a secondary check, I decided I did not trust having representatives of this company in my property again, and the person purchasing (the tenant) also did not want them to return. Robert stated to me that he would be happy to refund the charge for their service, but did not initiate such a refund. After no refund was received, I disputed the charge with my bank, specifically because they hadn't actually performed any cleaning, even though the invoice states that it was cleaned. I then received another phone call from the supposed owner of the company because of my chargeback, and I went through it with him again. Today I received a "false statement of fact" letter from AWHC, which was also sent to Yelp and Angie's List CEOs. They are attempting to state that the items posted in my review were false and inaccurate. They are also attempting to state that my actions in posting my review are "malicious in nature" in an "attempt to harm the reputable company known as All-Weather Heating and Cooling, LLC." They claim that I have "attempted to cause harm with [my] false proclamation that [I] published on the websites; Yelp.com and AngiesList.com". The letter also goes on to state that "AHWC is requesting for the immediate removal of all false, negligent and harmful reviews provided by [me]". I have done my best to remove any items from the review which could be interpreted as "false or negligent". I suggest using this information to decide whether or not you would like to do business with AWHC. Do you want to have to consult an attorney because you received a threatening letter after you post a negative review about them? Do you want to have to deal with your bank to reverse charges for a service they did not perform, but claimed they did?

OUTSTANDING! I had no idea a furnace tune up could be this thorough. Robert (the owner) did the job himself and walked me through everything. He even used a camera to look inside the furnace. He pointed out his areas of concern but nothing needed to be addressed this year. He then cleaned the whole furnance down and gave me a check list similar to that of when you buy a used certified car. Will definitely use again!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine and I wasn't unhappy with it.

It was ok. They were professional and knowledgeable. They told us there was some rust on the unit and that we should just replace it. He showed me and explained everything thoroughly. We went ahead and replaced it. He recommended a unit that would reduce energy. Our energy bill was cut in half. They helped us get it financing through GE. I have recommended them to them other people.

They are professional and honest. They didn't try to sell me anything that I don't need.
