 + -1 moreI spoke to Vivienne at the beginning of the week and made arrangements for her to come to my home today (Friday) at 3:30 to give me an estimate. She has not shown up or called as of 4:42. I did attempt to call her several times and all I have gotten is a busy signal. I'd say this is not a good way to run a business. The least she could have done is given my the courtesy of a phone call to reschedule.
Description of Work: There was no work performed other than to get me a bit annoyed.

 + -1 moreI hired Time Creator's to clean my two bedroom apartment before my parents came to visit for the weekend. The night before the scheduled cleaning, my kitchen sink flooded with greasy black water. After the plumber left, it was an absolute mess. I called Vivienne to warn her of the accident, and she was very understanding and her team did a fabulous job, not only the kitchen, but in my entire home. I have now hired them to clean my home every two weeks!! I was very impressed with Time Creator's professionalism and great service.
Description of Work: Vacuumed, dusted, cleaned two bathrooms, the kitchen, folded towels, dusted the blinds and baseboards, and also cleaned inside the microwave.

 + -1 moreI came home to a spotlessly clean house that smelled great! I look forward to my monthly cleaning. They were well priced and polite. I even received a follow up call to make sure I was happy (which I was). I would highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: Vivienne did a complete estimate. The team showed up on time and did a great job. They cleaned my 4 bedroom/4 bath house from top to bottom. Even the ceiling fans were clean!
