Description of Work: It was helpful to have an agent close to our house for quick showings. That was a good move on my part. I thought Wade did a great job of presenting the home on brochures and on the web. At times when I needed direction on whether to negotiate or not with offers, I kind of thought that Wade could have provided stronger advise. He knows the market at Green Mountain. Upon sale, I did have to request information and the follow-up after the sale was not great.... Ie.. follow up or Christmas card, etc.. Bottom line- he was able to mobilize quickly for showings, he got showings, he accommodated requests we had during the listing, always professional, follow-up after sale was poor, appeared under staffed, appeared sincere. I would recommend him for higher end homes 400+ homes as he appears to relate to the upper income folks, not as much the middle. I like Tim and would use him again. Two components that could use improvement would be direction to the seller when negotiating and follow-up after the sale, even thought we moved out of state - ya dont know could move back. If you are at Green Mountain, Tim would be a safe Realtor to represent you. Thanks for your efforts Tim
