Dan came out quickly and gave us a comprehensive quote. They called to confirm our appointment and had their crew there early to start the first day. Victor and Octavio were dressed professionally, were quite personable and banged through the work. They taped and sealed all of the closets, bookshelves, doors and floors and proceeded to make the repairs. Roughly, it took them a day and a half to patch and a day and a half to sand. They cleaned up well after the job was done. The only slight cons were: it took an extra day than we had originally scheduled (which was tough for us since these were bedrooms that were uninhabitable during that time) and some of the nightly cleanup could have been a little more detailed (again, since it was upstairs in our house, people were spreading a bit of plaster dust around). At the end of the job, Dan (or maybe his wife) baked us some scones that my daughter said were "definitely the best scones she's ever had." So I'd highly recommend including the scones in your scope of work.

This is the second time that I've used The Wall Rebuilder and I couldn't been more pleased. From the first contact I had with them through this last experience, they have always been extremely professional, fair in pricing, prompt and courteous. I especially appreciate how thorough they are and what a nice job they do in cleaning up once they finish a job. I would recommend the Wall Rebuilder UNEQUIVOCALLY!

The Wall Rebuilder technician arrived on time, assessed the job, and went right to work. The technician finished on time with remarkable results. Other tradespeople even commented on the excellent work. All contractors should strive to achieve this consistently high level of reputation, quality, and great customer service.

I don't think I have ever had a better experience with a contractor. They showed up promptly for the estimate, explained everything I should consider in detail, prepared a complete estimate, showed up at exactly the scheduled time to begin the work and did an AMAZING job on my ceiling and wall plaster repair. I had been living with a hole in my ceiling for several years looking for just the right company to restore my special plaster so that it looked like the original work that had been done. They are beyond excellent...they set the standard!! Professionalism as its best!! LJ

Dan's crew repaired several holes in various basement rooms, necessitated by previous mechanical repair work on pipes and gas lines. Work was performed on time, according to estimate, and with complete professionalism. I have used this company several times now, and have always been completely satisfied with the results.

The corner taping lines are perfect, the cut outs around the electric boxes are very tight and they were able to make up for some irregularities in our walls during the finishing. My wife and I have a lot personally invested in a good result since we have done a lot of work on this house ourselves. They went out of their way to address any concerns we had during the process. They did an amazing job! They cleaned up after themselves and the finisher took special care to mask carpentry and not damage anything. They are not the cheapest but if you want it done right this is the way to go. Laura baked us some really delicious cherry scones!

Overall, they are great. One down side - it took them several days longer to complete the project than they originally estimated. It seemed like they always had workers coming and going, and they never seemed to know if they would have the manpower to get the job done. Finished product - I am very happy.

They did a really good job. First of all, the work was good. We hired out the mudding and taping because we heard that there's an art to it, so we didn't want to do it ourselves. They did it really well. We painted over it, and we can't tell where any of the seams are. They put on a really nice texture. They also cleaned up really well. When they were done, there was no big mess. They were on time. They had a really respectable work crew that let us know what was going on. They finished in the timeframe that they said they would. I would suggest considering this company.

We knocked out 2.5 walls in our house and had them framed back in. The Wall Rebuilders came in and put drywall up on our framing and also re-created an art deco curved soffit out of plaster that had to come down when the walls moved. They did an excellent job re-creating all of what we asked, hurried the job up so that we could get our floor guys in and even came back to take care of a few spots we thought needed some help. They were easy to work with, extremely responsive, came in on budget and best of all, the walls look great!

They were punctual, professional and clean. Our plaster is textured and they were able to match it as closely as possible. I would recommend The Wall Rebuilders.

Very prompt with initial appointment for estimate and for the actual work. Crew was pleasant and professional. Work performed quicker than estimated. The estimate included a potential significant charge based on whether lead paint would have to be remediated- after testing they found no lead paint, so no charge was asssessed. I appreciated their honesty, as I would have had no way to know whether they should have included that charge. Job was well done, with minor flaws, not significant enough for me to have had them come back to fix.

The project went much better than expected. In 2 days of work, Dan's team was able to complete all of the work in a very clean and professional manner. Some of the repaired cracks were in textured ceilings and walls - Dan's team did an amazing job of matching the texture. They did a great job of covering all of our furniture and other items and left the house clean. We will be using them again to repair any future cracks that appear.

well - Ryan was very careful to protect my home ( carpet etc.) and took the necessary time to prep the area. The finished job looks good and the texture applied appears to match the existing ceiling very well.

Dan came out to our house to give us an estimate on fixing our walls due to having our pipes redone. We had started the wall repair with another contractor and asked them to stop midway through because the job looked horrible and I thought they had ruined our walls for good. Dan came and did a walk through and assured me that he could fix the walls properly. Needless to say we were totally impressed with the service we received. Laura called to confirm the job start date and go over details, Dan came by with Ryan, the person doing the repair, to make sure everything was clear , Ryan showed up every day on time and did a fabulous job in every way - he was curtious, respectful, and checked in with me frequently to make sure I liked what he had done. The job was done at cost and on time AND they brought us scones at the end! I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Work went very well. They matched the finish on the walls and ceilings they repaired. I don't expect to have problems with their repairs for the life of the house. As an added bonus we got some delicious home cooked scones along with the bill. We started eating even before the workmen left!
