THE WALL REBUILDERS

This is the second time I have used the wall rebuilder. They showed up on time, and completed the work exactly as described. They did take an extra half day just to make sure the texturing was done to perfection. There was a minor snafu on an extra charge for a crack repair, but they resolved that immediately and without question, which I appreciated. I will definitely use them on my next drywall project.

We were quite happy with the services that The Wall Rebuilder completed. As an added bonus, they even traveled a bit out of their normal service range to do the job (we're in Longmont). The price seemed fair and the quality of the work was good. They were able to complete the work in less than a day and did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves - even laying down extra drop cloths to protect woodwork and furniture where necessary. And you can't forget about the homemade scones - they were delicious.

We are in the process of a major renovation of our kitchen and bathroom. We had over 16 good size holes in our walls and ceilings due to relocating the light fixtures in both rooms. The gentlemen showed up on time, were very professional and did excellent quality of work. WE are extremely please with the results.

Dan provided a fair bid and was more than accommodating in fitting the work in immediately. I have worked with Dan and Laura on other projects that far exceeded my expectations. I knew they would give me a fantastic room in return and I was right. The finish was unbelievable! From my experience, they are one of the few companies I can always count on to give me far more than what I was expecting. Their workers were always on time and stayed past 6:00 to make sure they finished on time. I have several other rooms to repair and will be asking them back. Laura also bakes scones for customers after a project is complete. I call them "The Scones of Success".

Update - Dan, the company owner contacted me to let me know that the guy who trashed my carpet did not work for Wall Rebuilder after that incident. He also is paying for the carpet cleaning and refunding the extra money charged for the wallpaper removal. The wallpaper removal fee was apparently a misunderstanding over the phone when the employee was trying to explain what work was required to texture the walls. I like that they are making things right and I would recommend them now that Dan and I spoke about this stuff. Original review - The first day of work involved on person drywalling a room, that went very well and the person cleaned the area before leaving. The second day involved a different person coming in to texture the walls. That did not go well. The person managed to get spray texture on things that were supposed to be covered, he tracked texturing onto the carpet in the next room, and he did not clean up very well. Plus he left early, after numerous smoking breaks, to go to another job. I called to request that Wall Rebuilder not send that guy again, they offered to come clean up but I had already cleaned things, except the carpet which will require a carpet cleaner. The third day of work involved removing wallpaper that had been behind a chair rail that I removed. The guy who showed up did not know he was supposed to remove the wallpaper, even though I pointed that out when they came to quote the work. So he called his boss and they asked me to pay extra, which I did to expedite getting things completed.

I wanted these nail holes fixed and it was such a poor and sloppy job. The first time, the closet was not ready for being painted. There were a number of holes they missed. He had other guys doing the work. He wasn't supervising his work. He then came out a second and third time. I had them come out and do my living room. You could see bumps all over the walls. They never fixed the bedroom right. Finally, I just wanted them out of my house. I ended up having another contractor come out to fix the walls. His wife came out after they thought they had completed the job the first time to us bring muffins. However, muffins don't make up for poorly done work. Addendum 4/26: They did make an effort to make things right with a refund.

Wow, what an experience! As a first time user of Anglie's list I couldn't be happier. The guys at the Wall rebuilder responded quickly, provided the bid, and performed the work in 1 week. The result and experience was FANTASTIC !!

Dan came out to perform the estimate. He left an estimate with my wife that day. Dan's crew was back the following week to perform the work. I felt that the initial drywall work was fairly sloppy, but after the tape and mud, it looked much better. I would give the final finish on the drywall portion an A-, but I felt the plaster work was an A. The texture looks like it will blend in nicely (we still need to paint it). I felt like the crew could have cleaned up a bit better than they did, but it was acceptable given there is still more work to be done in that area of the house. Also, I would have liked a call from Dan or Laura as a final follow up. All in all though, I recommend The Wall Rebuilder.

Wall Builders were prompt in arriving and worked very efficiently. The job took about four hours and came in at estimate. Workers were courteous and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.

I used them when I first signed up with Angie’s List and they were amazing. They were the most professional construction company that I have ever used. He showed up for the appointments on time. He is personable and very knowledgeable. I trust them more than any other construction company. They do amazing work and I would have them come back for another job. They are timely and responsible. They are one of my favorites. They are so dependable. They are very professional. Their price was good and the quality was better. I will be using them on my spring project.

The Wall Rebuilders did a fantastic job on our project. We were quoted on a Thursday and called them that afternoon to award the job. The scheduled us for starting work the following Monday. The two gentlemen who did the work showed up promptly at 9 AM on Monday (as promised). They were very professional about understanding the job, surveying what needed to be done, and taking care to not cause more of a mess than was necessary (laying down canvas between the job site and the front door, taping off fixtures, windows, rough-in electrical and flooring). They worked quickly and efficiently and produced a beautiful product. They were done in just 2 days (a job that would have taken my wife and I 2 months) and left the house in great shape. They left us with an invoice for the amount quoted. I would whole-heartedly recommend The Wall Rebuilders to anyone needing drywall work done.

Prompt bid. Prompt arrival for the job. Talented and friendly workers. Very quick and clean.

They provided me with an estimate a few days after I asked and the work was performed a few days after I received the estimate. My job fell within their minimum of 150.00, which I thought was fair. The worker arrived on time, finished the job promptly and left the room clean. I felt I was treated as well as they probably treat a big job.

We called on Tuesday and they came to bid the job on Wednesday and completed it on Thursday. Excellent service.

We were very happy with this work. It seems to have been done well, and the price was reasonable. There were two hitches: (1) The technician was late because he couldn't find the address, apparently relying exclusively on a GPS, which can be risky. (2) At the end, he handed us someone else's bill, which was $50.00 higher than the estimate. We called the company, and they quickly acknowledged the error and the correct amount. So always look at the bill to see if it is correct!

Dan and his staff outperformed my expectations. While installing new windows we needed to replace a corner section of drywall in our living room as water damage had occurred over time. Dan responded quickly with an estimate, scheduled me a week or so out, then moved the work up due to a scheduling change. The workers arrived on time, were extremely neat, and performed excellent work in one day. Dan was very good about communicating with regard to my questions. The price was affordable, too. There was hardly any dusting to be done afterward. My husband and I are very pleased with The Wall Rebuilder.

Demolition and scraped 5?x5? tall 3? wide area and re-plastered. Repaired 5?x3? deep plaster crack and plaster cracking on wall. Repaired 6?x2? drywall water damage. Dan and Laura were extremely nice, prompt, and professional. The services provided by the crew were top notch and all of the work came out great. I highly recommend their services and Laura?s tasty cookies was a nice touch. Be assured I will again be using the Wall Rebuilder come Spring!

These folks are all great! They called me back in less than an hour after I left a message for them on my first call and set up an appointment to come out and give me an estimate. Dan showed up right on time, looked over the job and listened to what I wanted done, then wrote up an estimate and explained it to me. When I told him that I wanted to have him do the work, he was able to set an appointment with me for ten days later. They called the day before to confirm the appointment. A couple of hours later, they called me back to say that the people on the current job had requested extra work and they would be two hours later tomorrow, and would that be okay? I said sure. The next day Palo showed up right on time; he was friendly and courteous. He review the work with me then got started. At several points, as decisions were needed, he stopped and told me what my options were and then would continue. He did a wonderful job, and he worked late (even though it was a Friday afternoon!) to make sure the job got finished that day. I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of his work. When he was done, he had me check to make sure everything was done the way I wanted, then he cleaned up and gave me the bill. Dan and Laura run a really professional, first class business. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to any of my friends.

Outstanding job. Dan and Laura are professional, friendly adn FAIR. They are a complete joy to work with and they really did a terrific job. I have been really happy with the appearance and condiiton of all the rooms in my house thanks to the Wall Rebuilder. Use them!

Excellent Victor and Caesar taped off all the areas to eliminate some of the dust. They did an excellent job. We have used the Wall Rebuilder before and won't have anyone else work on our house.

His team came in and completed the work in two days, and I could not be more pleased. They were thorough in protecting the rest of my house while they did their updates, and they came back a few days later to patch up a few areas that had blistered without hesitation, and at no extra cost.

Went absolutely perfect. True professionals that take pride in their work! No BS, no drama, just a great job done at a fair price on time as promised.

The promised schedule was 4 days and they finished in 3 with no hitches. They did a great match to the existing finish and a very even line at the tile floor so we don't have to caulk, etc. Highly recommended.

The owner, Dan, estimated the job on 8/23/12. Workers arrived 2 hours late but came with 4 vs 2 men. They were polite, efficient, completing the job in one day.
