+ -1 moreDesigner was very sensitive to my need to stay on budget. You don't have to be a CEO to hire an interior designer. Very diplomatic in directing me to products that were perfect for my lifestyle and budget without making me feel insignificant. Desinger did not require me to use any of the stores or work people presented. Workers labor costs were in line with what I have paid before for painting, electrical and plumbing work. Decided to go with the stores presented because purchasing items on own presented problems for delivery, warranty, etc. The extra savings was not worth the hassle to me. Any items coming from merchants were delivered right to the indoor spot needed, not drop shipped on my curb (and me having to lug it in). And, merchants responsible for defective items.
Description of Work: Plans to redo kithchen, family room, master bath. Advised on type of wood and tile flooring, cabinets, walls, appliances, etc. Coordinated general contractor (contractor coordinated electriciana and plumber), tile installer, wood floor installer and painter. Designer went shopping with me as needed.
