They were fine. I would rate them very highly.

We've done a lot of work with Davey tree in a number of different cities and everything has worked out really well. It was competitive. Everything was what they said it would be. I wasn't there on the job I came after the job was done and it was cleaned up and everything was fine. They came when they were supposed to, the price was fair and they did a good job with cleanup.

They recommended doing the typical tree pruning of the dead areas to suppress the disease. They came out when scheduled but did not remove all the infected areas. I knew it was a poorly done job. Also being the tree experts that they say they are I was surprised they didn't inform me how bad the tree was. I asked if they thought the pruning would save the tree as I knew it was really bad. The arborist indicated he thought it would. That following spring I lost the tree anyway and had to have it removed.

After I received my estimate we had a storm that left additional damage to the trees in my yard, including a limb that fell on the house. I contacted Davey Tree to see if they would be able to re-estimate based on the new damage and the estimator was to stop by in a few days. I waited for several days for a call with the revised cost, but never heard back. I called several more times, even calling the the office manager to ask if there was a problem. She was able to return my call promptly and said she would have the estimator call. It never happened. I stopped calling. I know they were very busy with the storm damage, but all I was asking for was a call back - a 30-60-second effort. Not sure why they blew me off - because I'm a senior??? Since I screwed around waiting for Davey, I had to start the process with another company, who is also backed up. After two months, I still have broken trees on top of my original trimming issues.

Provider was to keep weeds out of our stone parkway but failed to do so. The pre-emergent spray was either too late or ineffective. The head of the department took an anti-customer approach. She was not interested in pleasing the customer rather being defensive as to the job done. On many occasions the weeds were so bad I had to pull them.... and there were many. Terrible customer service and attitude on the company's part.................very disappointing.

They've been working for me for many years. I'm pleased with their work. They did approximately six visits this year. The cost of each service is $55. Every two months, starting in May, they did aeration. Every six weeks or eight weeks, they did, what they call, a fall fertilization. That's like weed control and iron and everything the lawn needs during the summer months. At the end of the season, they did one final aeration. What impresses me is the quality of work, their attentiveness and their willingness to help with consultations if you need it. When I began using them, I had a lot of questions about things. They were willing to explain things in an easy manner to me. Overall, I think they are professional and experts in their field. They have a good reputation. I've never really had any problems with them. So, I've always stayed with them. Their prices have stayed pretty stable throughout the last couple of years. There are no unpleasant surprises. They're easy to talk to. You can get hold of them easily. They contact me readily.

They are very good and efficient. They are very considerate. They keep the gates locked. They do a really good job. It's not so cheap.

Did not proceed with service as tree possibly still alive and could survive through pending winter--will see what happens.

I have had Davey Tree for years. It has been good. They always call ahead of time. I have dogs and they are great at closing the gates. I would give them a good review. They'll come out and do a free analysis of your trees and what they might need which is good. They are on time and come when they say they are. They do a good job and my trees are still alive. They are kind of pricey.

They are great. They know what they are doing. They are on time. They clean up after themselves.

It went okay. They seem pretty professional and they show up on time.

I've been using them for 5 years or more. They do my trees, they do my bushes. They do big tree work, they took out a tree that was struck by lightening. They fertilized my trees. I think their prices are fair. I like the work they do. I work with someone in the office and we're on a first name basis. When I have a problem, I call him and he takes care of what I need and that's very helpful.

They seem to be well-educated especially on trees. They know how to care of them and we trust their advice. I do not remember the exact price of their service and we have a lot of trees in our property. We plan to continue using them in the future.

The job went good. Their clean up was good. They were good, I didn't really have any problems with them. We liked their price and their service.

I've used Davey for a couple of years now. They are very professional and prompt. My only hesitation is that they seem a bit expensive. I'm continuing to use them this year. The date of service is a pure guess. Once signed up for the service, they come every so often to spray or fertilize, always calling ahead to confirm.

They are personable. They do very good work. They are responsive and professional. They do one thing I wish they would not do. They send you something out in the Spring, saying they will prune, preventative work and irrigation. They will call you the day before they are coming and they say, "If we don't hear from you by 7:00 the next morning, we will be out. There were a couple of times, had I known they called, I would have asked them not to come out as it is snowing. I just wish that they would give more notice. I would recommend them. I have been very pleased with them. They are a little pricey.

It was a very difficult job and I got estimates from more than a few companies before I picked The Boulder branch of Davey tree. I cannot say Enough about the great job Thomas and Jose did for us. This was a very technical trimming which was done with great care and tremendous attention to safety. Sid Wolf was the Sales Arborist that bid the job and oversaw the work. He was on site at the start the job to go over all that was to be done and the safety concerns. This company was the only one that insisted on having Excel come out and trim next to the power lines for a safety zone. The clean up was so complete that it was hard to tell any work had been done. Lawn, rocks, sidewalks and street were totally swept and raked clean. I would highly recommend this company for smallest to the biggest job .

It was good. It was perfect. One tree died that they planted but they came back and replaced it.

They came out and explained clearly about their services for pine beetles and fertilization. They were very professional and knowledgeable and much more affordable than I thought they would be.

I have used them for 15-20 years. I love them. I have been dealing with Chris for as long as I can remember so the people are consistent. I had problem with the tree and Chris said he would stop by to check it out for no cost. When I can't afford to use them, I let them know, and they don't bug me to use them. They are consistent, quality, and they listen. Their people are always professional.

Very good....gentleman who came and provided quote was quite efficient and courteous provided written quote and schedule work needed work was performed satisfactorily on three occasions including the inspection/spraying/trimming/removal

We called on Davey based on the excellent job they performed as a subcontractor to a landscaping contractor in removing a large and troubled elm tree 2 years ago. We had become alarmed by reports of pine and ips beetle infestation emerging from the Rockies into the western Denver metro suburbs where we live, and decided not to put our mature trees at risk. We were prepared for a much larger quote than what we received, so scheduled the work upon getting the quote after the arborist inspected all of our evergreens, giving them a good bill of health. A few weeks later, the technician arrived and was finished in less than an hour. We have also contracted Davey for semiannual tree feedings as well, and they have completed two so far, also at quite a manageable price.

Everything was done in an professional manner.

I have used them for 3 years. Daniel seems very thorough, very knowledgeable and it is very nice to talk to him as he knows what he is talking.
