My mantle was barely hanging on from the previous owners and he took it upon himself to fix it for me which I truly appreciated! I am new to the area three days) and I feel extremely lucky to have found Terra Tech Solutions. I will not even think to hire anyone else for my TV / smart device set-ups. He hung two TVs and a sound bar. He went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience. All I can say is Customer Service is NOT dead. Itâ s alive and well at Terra Tech Solutions. Other companies should drop their egos and learn from this man. I canâ t remember the last time I was so impressed with a person making a service call in my home. And you are wasting time and money if you donâ t call Terra Tech for your needs. I know I sound like a relative writing this review. But that is far from the case. I know a WINNER when I see one.
