Terminix - Denver -Termite & Pest Control

Did not do work promised and did not even attempt to make it right. This company is the worst of the worst!

They do pretty good.? I would use them again.

I thought we had a potential termite problem. the first contractor I had come to assess the issue and provide a quote on treatment was terminix. They diagnosed me with severe termite infestation. The report detailed live termites in multiple locations throughout the house and provided a quote for services. To be clear I have later determined with other experts that there are no termites in the home and the damage is likely an old extinct carpenter beatle area (very limited in scope). The terminix employee clearly lied to me and on the report to make a sale. In addition the way in which he filled out the report detailing damage throughout the home, not the limited damage that actually exist actually would make it impossible to get terminex's warranty to apply as they don't cover previously documented damage. As they documented damage that didn't exist throughout the home I imagine it would be impossible to claim coverage even if I didn't get an infestation down the line with terminex's treatment. It was fine. They do what they are supposed to do. I don’t have any problems.

They have been fine. They will go out of their way to take care of things as needed. We have used them for a number of years. They always call first to let us know that they are coming. It's nice that the same guy comes each time.

They scheduled a consultation within two days of me calling them. They drove 45 minutes to meet me at the house, and the guy was very professional and was right on time. He was honest in that no matter how bad the infestation was (early or really bad infestation) the price was going to be the same and was based on the exterior footage of our home (and barn). He then measured all the way around the house and the barn, and totalled the total linear foot by the price per foot he had told me before he even started. I told them I needed the work done ASAP and they treated the property within a week. They had to drill a hole every 18 inches or something similar, even through the concrete around part of our house. They made sure to clean up everything, and filled the holes nicely. I didn't get another quote for this job (a first for me) simply because I had a serious termite problem and wanted to know I was having a reputable company take care of everything. They completed the treatment in one day and the total price was exactly what was quoted.

If I see any bugs, I can call them, and they come right out and spray.

They are competent. The technician is always very nice.

One guy we trust who is independent of Terminix said we don’t even need to do anything. They were even here. They are robbers and that’s how I would rate them. They responded pretty quickly. In terms of punctuality, they were right on time. I would never ever work with them in the future.

They are very good. We had to call them out a second time and they were very good. They killed the bugs, Colorado has a lot of big spiders and they took care of it. They were very knowledgeable and professional, friendly, kind and respectable.
