+ -1 moreI wrote the one and only review about Ryan with Tek-ease because I was so impressed with him a few months ago (I think March or April). Since that time, he rarely if ever returns messages or phone calls. His prices are way too high and he's always "too busy" to help now. I actually spoke to him about a week ago saying I thought my computer may have a virus ... the only words out of his mouth was "we need to complete clean out your entire computer (which is about three months old), which is about $1200. This is his diagnosis with even seeing the machine? Additionally, I emailed him that I decided I needed his help after all and he's never returned my phone call. This is the typical "good the first time only" computer guy. Don't waste your time.

Description of Work: Ryan came to my rescue with both my home and office computers. I just opened a new business and within the last two months have hired five other "computer guys" to help with setup, problems, viruses, etc. After being lied to and ripped off (by several people on Angie's List), Ryan is the ONLY one that helped me. He is very, very smart, very honest and knows exactly what he is doing. Both of my computers work fantastic, and I'm going to hire him to do monthly maintenance as well.
