Team Klean

The team was absolutely wonderful. They came through first and did an estimate on the property, really listened to what we wanted done, and then they submitted that estimate to us in writing, in thorough itemized detail. Anything we didn't want, they would cross off the list, or they would add as they went but only after contacting us first to check. They contacted us when they were finished so that we could inspect what they did. They wanted to make sure we were absolutely satisfied with their job before they left, rather than just doing the list and leaving. I also didn't pay until they were done so that I knew I was paying for the services I asked for. I was very impressed by that because we've used other companies before, but those companies would talk over me and say and quot;we know what we're doing, we're professionals....just leave a check on the counter and we'll lock up behind us.and quot; With those companies, I never had any contact afterwards, they never called to see if the job had been done to satisfaction. I had to have one company come back out because they didn't do half of what was on the list that they agreed to. It was frustrating. Team Klean treated the home like they were going to move in themselves - they didn't just swipe a cloth over the walls and called them clean, they really went room to room and double checked to make sure things were done. The house was move in ready for the next tenant and that made my job much easier. Thank you!
