Tyler the project manager was great to work with!

Worst experience we could have imagined while still dealing with it to this day. This company loves to promise you 100% customer satisfaction but truly do not follow through with it. They trick you into signing paperwork to ensure they get paid and then don't follow through on the items they committed to. We have been trying to resolve the issues since July of last year.

OUTSTANDING! System Pavers was in contact with us continuously, the workman were hard working and caring about the work they completed for us!

Doug, Troy, and the entire team were reliable, hardworking, and detail oriented through the whole process. Beautiful new look to the yard and a warranty to support the quality of the work!

From our design consultation with John Orr and his suggestions regarding the design to the actual construction with Tyler and his crew, our experience with Systems Pavers was outstanding. Even with the few minor corrections we requested, all the members of Systems Pavers responded without hesitation or complaint. We love the final product.

Took almost a year to complete project. Repair work was required three times. Workmanship was not as expected and clean-up was largely up to us. Very disappointed in timeliness, punctuality, price and work quality. Driveway project went much better.

This was a terrific experience. The salesperson was knowledgeable and patient making sure he met our design requirements. The installation team exceeded even those expectations he set. They were on time each day, did great work, finished exactly when they said, and cleaned up thoroughly. The project manager was the best I've ever worked. He was exceptionally attentive, responsive, and communicative about the project from start to finish. What a refreshing experience to work with this company.

Great experience from beginning to end. We shopped around for the right company to come replace our pavers in our backyard. System Pavers found me on Instagram. I saw the perfect picture and contacted them immediately. Within 30 min of me filling out their form online, I was contacted on a Saturday to schedule a consultation. Our System Paver rep showed up on time for the appointment and this was already a victory as we learned that sales & general contractors typically do not. Kyle was our sales guy and he had done his research on our property and the other companies we had previously look into. That was another point for System Pavers. He walked us through the history of the company and the options they had available. Kyle did an amazing job directing us to the right product and made everything very simple and easy. It was Kyle's punctuality, the research & knowledge he had and most importantly the 25-year warranty System Pavers offered that sold us. From that moment on, we had a smooth process from picking out the paver, doing multiple walkthrus to the day of installation and final walk through. Thank you Kyle and System Pavers. We love our backyard and know we made the best choice.

I am over the moon with my driveway and patio. This has been a project that I have wanted to do for a long time and finally, it is done! System Pavers understands customer service. I work with Andrew, Job superintendent, and Nate, designer. Andrew called or stopped by EVERY DAY to check on the crew and to see if I had any questions. He wanted me to be happy with my project. The crew was awesome and worked extremely hard. On time every day and worked late into the day, sometimes past 5 pm. The job site was pretty clean and organized every night when they left. Pavers are beautiful and give a nicer curb appeal to my property vs concrete or stamped concrete. In Colorado concrete will crack and crack soon. The warranty is 25 years on labor and materials. System Pavers is not the cheapest company out there but competitive. You can't go wrong with this company!!!

System Pavers installed patio in our side yard and did a great job! We designed a layout that included a number of curves, and we were very impressed with the workmanship of the installers on those details. The whole crew worked hard and efficiently, our project manager Troy was very communicative and attentive, and our salesman Doug checked in throughout the process to make sure things went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

This is the second time we had System Pavers come and build a seating area for us. They did a wonderful job the first time, and we were definitely pleased with the results this time. System Pavers uses very high quality materials, and they have a great warranty program. They also take great care to install it properly, So the pavers don’t sag or move through the years. They put in our first patio area 5 years ago, and it still looks brand new. Our designer was Nate and our project manager was Andrew. They are extremely professional, and they really care about their customers being satisfied. Both Andrew and Nate checked in with us through every step of the process, and we got regular text message updates with progress pictures. The crew was also extremely professional, and they took great care to make sure the area was nice and clean every day. They were always prompt, and they worked very fast. Again, we have been very happy, and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to install pavers!

They are reasonably priced & offer many promotions. Excellent warranty of work. Finished product exceeded my expectations. They are incredibly fast completing the job. I would definitely call them again should I decide to do another paver project.

Could not have asked for a better experience! Kyle our sales guy was professional, easy to work with, punctual, and met our needs. Tyler our project manager was also awesome to work with. Timely communication, when issues arouse he called me right away. His implementation crew was neat and tidy. The entire experience and the end product was great!! So glad I installed pavers vs. concrete.

OMG! What a transformation. From our initial meeting with John Orr, their design consultant, to our daily contact with Andrew the site manager, everyone was professional, prompt and diligent to complete the job on schedule. We decided to add a water feature to our project about two or three days into the job, and they continued the job as if the water feature was part of the initial contract. Any questions we had or concerns they had were dealt with as the work progressed and we never had a down day of construction unless the weather intervened. We are so very pleased with our back patio now that it is complete. We can hardly wait until spring so we can start using it with the regularity that we are looking forward to.

We had a great experience with System Pavers starting with the initial home visit to help us plan and design our walk way all the way through the finish of the project. From beginning to end they communicated very openly about timelines. Once work began they were very assertive at completing the job as well as fixing a few small issue noticed during our walk through. The installation crew was courteous and kept our yard in fairly clean order throughout the project. We are very pleased with our new paver walkways. I would recommend System Pavers to anyone needing paver work done on their property.

The job went very well. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of workmanship, communication, and professionalism. The project manager was very professional and communicative and the laborers paid great attention to detail. The wall is beautiful.

In 2015, when job was first done, we had all kinds of issues. Getting corrections became a nightmare! Aaron Brundidge with System Pavers was committed to getting things corrected. Fast forward to today, we thought things had been corrected until we moved the furniture off the lower deck for the winter. It was obvious the pavers were pushing up and rippling. Cody Beyers came out to take a look. He immediately noticed things too and sent a crew out the next day. Jesus and his crew removed some pavers and found the original base foundation had NOT been correctly done to System Pavers specifications. They spent the next five days completely redoing the job, from the base up, removing every paver, root and creating a footing for the pavers. Thanks to Cody, Jesus and his crew, our deck is beautiful and we are completely 100% satisfied! We are thrilled that Systems Pavers stood behind their work, their 25 year warranty and fixed our deck as it should have been done in the beginning. We highly recommend your company, not only for the product, but for the quality of the work recently done.

The whole team at System Pavers is top notch. Great to work with, honest and upfront, they want your project to be successful. I rarely see communication this complete and thorough when doing a project of this size. We never wondered what was going on even when the snow delayed the project for a day. The result is amazing and exceeded our expectations.

The team was very professional, punctual and went above my expectations! Their artificial turf is more expensive than some of the other companies, but their product is high quality, looks great and lasts a long time - worth the extra cost. Great product if you have dogs!

The crew arrived in good time in the morning and didn’t make noise until 9:00am. They cleaned up after themselves each day and abided by the HOA’s rules on parking. They have great customer service!

System Pavers not only improved the look and value of our driveway, but Nate also made excellent recommendations that we are so very delighted with—for example, the stone colors and mix, overlay on our front porch, adding LED step lights, double borders, and other value-added design suggestions.
