Our experience with System Pavers was very good. We are quite pleased with the finished product. We were very impressed with the installation crew. They were hard workers, knew what they were doing, and were easy to work with.

The whole process was fantastic from start to finish. We were slightly surprised by the cost of pavers but even then the salesman worked with our budget to make it work. The installation was fast and efficient. The final product was really great. Highly recommend these guys.

System Pavers replaced a very mundane-looking cement walk and entry way into our house with eye-appealing brick. The walk and steps are also quite functional, being both wider and deeper for safer entry and exit in poor weather. The contracting process from start to finish was smooth. The designer developed a plan which we liked, the project manager explained everything and took personal interest in our project. We had four installers who were professional, competent and very friendly. We also had some winter weather that delayed the project for a day but the project was completed by the end of the week which was promised. Finally there was a final inspection which provided us with answers to questions and maintenance tips. Neighbors have been very complementary. We are very pleased. Two positive factors in choosing Systems Pavers were their longevity in business and their guarantee. We will recommend to friends and neighbors.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of the team at System Pavers. I am so impressed with everyone that I dealt with, from the beginning of the project to the end. My paver patio is more than I could have hoped for and I just love it! Working with Jon and Josh was amazing! The communication was wonderful, and the project was started and completed within a few days. The two gentleman that laid the pavers worked in freezing weather to get as much done as they could at the end of that work day. Very impressed. I was in awe when I saw the completed project. If you are interested in getting pavers laid, System Pavers is the company to go with!

Superb job—System Pavers designed and planned out the project very well (for drainage and angles etc). The construction crew could think problems thru well and make good decisions based on the goals and conditions—they were very hard workers. The overall look of the project was even better than we suspected it would be. But the driveway looks too nice to park cars on—I think we'll have to have a party on our driveway this summer!!

We called System Pavers after seeing them at the Boat Show and they sent out a sales rep/project designer immediately. The presentation was impressive, and we were offered nice incentives to lower the price, which we accepted. We visited their showroom to be sure we liked our selections. We needed HOA approval. Our rep put all the specs together for them, in addition to a list of nearby addresses they could visit to see how the finished project would look, so the process was efficient and painless. We met with the project manager and designer together before the project started. We decided we had so much confidence in the project manager that we left for vacation the day before the project started and returned to a beautiful new driveway and porch a week later. He kept us updated with photos throughout the project and then met with us again upon our return to be sure we were completely satisfied before we made the final payment. We liked being able to keep track of the project through a portal set up specifically for our project. We were able to make payments, see photos and track progress through it. The 25 year warranty was a big selling point for us. No more living with uneven and hard-to-shovel surfaces. If something goes wrong they just come out and replace the stones that need attention.

While the end result was eventually done exactly to design, the installation process took a little more communication between us and the company than I expected. For the premium price paid, I thought teverything would go perfectly, and without any input from us at all. To be fair, when issues were raised, the project manager addressed them immediately and effectively. But I think there should have been better communication and project oversight between the salesman/designer and project manager. Other than that one criticism, we are very happy with the way the patio finally turned out.

System Pavers provided excellent service from beginning to end! I called 4 companies as I began exploring my options for replacing the cracked and ancient concrete around my house. System Pavers were great on the phone and were able to make an appointment for me right away. Doug, the design consultant, sat down with me for 2 hours to discuss the scope and sequence of the project and he was able to give me a cost estimate right away. He was very knowledgeable and professional as we walked around the house discussing my options. System Pavers also have a great customer portal so I could see all aspects of the project and make payments on line at my convenience. Troy, the Senior Project Manager, was in contact with me daily about scheduling and next steps as the project progressed. The work crew was amazing with being able to complete the project in less than 2 weeks and that was with CO winter weather delays. They were truly artists in making the design a reality. I would highly recommend System Pavers for any paver installation you may need. Best $ I have ever spent in increasing the value of my house. THANKS System Pavers!

It turned out beautiful. I love that they have a 25 year warranty on the pavers. I've had them do work for me before and that turned out great as well. I definitely recommend them.

I hired System Pavers to build a paver patio to replace my failing deck (due to an unsupported hot tub). They were very professional and super helpful throughout the whole process. I really enjoyed the design process and choosing the materials. They were also very accommodating for some last minute design changes. The building crew were very hard working and got the job done quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Although they may be pricier than other companies I compared them to, they are well worth every penny in my opinion. Especially with the 25 year warranty and easy loan service. I would highly recommend System Pavers if you are in need of some paver work. If you have an old deck, I'd recommend replacing it with one of their patios. They are beautiful and maintenance free!

I was very happy we chose to go with System Pavers to remove our old patio and put in a new one. I am not sure who did the old paved patio we had but it was less than 5 years old and the pavers were shifting. I am very pleased with the work that was completed. When I had issues with something it was addressed and fixed very quickly. The whole project took only a week and it looks great. I am was pleased to learn that they provide a 25 year warranty on the pavers. The design consultant was easy to work with and was even able to come out when we decided to make some changes before the work began.

We are very happy with the backyard patio project we just completed with System Pavers. From the initial consultation and design with Kyle to the execution of the project with Troy everything was completed on time with great communication from them and the rest of the project team. We look forward to fully enjoying our new patio in the spring!

Our experience was enjoyable. We first learned of system pavers at a local home show. Good or bad, I'm always a little suspect of companies and if I will get quality in line with cost and feel as though they appreciate me as a company. We had them come out and were introduced to Kyle. He was efficient - showed up on time, listened to what we wanted, gave all the differerent paver options, and was able to provide the costs. We decided to visit the showroom to see how it would really look and made a final decision there. Then we met Josh who lead our paver install team. They were ready to start a couple days earlier than originally planned. They had a 2 man team to do our large patio and wall and I was waiting to others to come help. Nobody else came and these 2 were impressive! They removed a lot of concrete and went to work preparing to lay the new pavers. They were very detailed in every step of the project. That is where you see the quality of the system paver process really come into play. One week later, it was done and we are able to enjoy our new patio without the worry of anything going wrong since the warranty is great should it be needed. I appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of the entire system pavers team.

This was our second project by system pavers. Our first one was several years ago and still looks as good as the day it went in! The workers are skilled, professional and very polite. I highly recommend their finished product. They were also as neat as possible and cleaned up each night.

My wife and I have a new build with a small, unfinished side yard and we had no idea what to do with it. Josh and his team at System Pavers went above and beyond to turn our side yard into a wonderful little getaway. We love it.

System pavers is top notch! From the initial consultation they make sure to explain the process and understand your needs. Once selected, it was about two months to get on the schedule, so plan ahead, because they are worth it. The job went so smooth. Josh was our project manager and he was super responsive to texts when I had questions. He set my mind at ease given I wasn’t at home while work was being done. The crew showed up on a rainy Saturday to finish the job, which turned out they couldn’t based on how wet everything was, but I appreciated the attempt to try. Very happy with the end result! Josh was great at working with my deck contractor to sync up the two projects.

The project went well, was accomplished in a timely manner. The installers were polite and respectful. I would recommend the project manager be present during the initial site visit to provide expertise and input to the sales personnel. With my project we were faced with paying an additional $2300.00 because the grade required the walls to be raised. We did not budget for the unforeseen cost.

Our Design Consultant, Joshua Brooks made many valuable suggestions that improved the look of the final product. Our Project Manager, Josh Roybal, communicated well and lived up to his word. He went above and beyond to assure that we were happy with the progress and the process. Everyone at System Pavers was professional and treated us more like a friend than a customer. It was very well. The manger Troy and the installers were professional and curtsy. We love the payers and artificial turf that was installed on our side yard of the townhouse. We love the results and would hire them again.
