System Pavers

We could not be more pleased with the overall process and END RESULT of our new System Pavers driveway. We have an extremely long concrete driveway that was all cracked. System Pavers came in and totally transformed our driveway. In addition, they created a paved pathway to our front deck that is absolutely beautiful. The process was well defined and organized, and the crew was GREAT! They were on time each day...worked hard in the hot July sun...and cleaned up beautifully each evening. Additionally, they were friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing. Everything we were told would happen did, and Cody managed the entire project from start to finish with integrity and professionalism. We are so glad we chose System Pavers for our driveway project.

The entire crew was very professional. We made a few changes during the course of the install. They were happy to accomodate and offered us several choices to try and keep costs down. We are very happy with the results.

Our project manager Troy and his crew were very responsive to our needs. Troy kept us up to date in changes of start schedules, and checked in at each step of the project from start to finish. The crew worked fast and professionally. They arrived on time, left on time and cleaned the work area after each day. We really appreciated this. There had been one question along the way when the crew was nearly finished; the sitting wall we had planned out with the sales rep hadn't been noted clearly on the layout drawings. I asked Troy and the crew leader about this. They dealt with the discrepancy immediately, and by the end of the day they completed the sitting wall as planned. The end result was a beautiful back patio we have actually been using often for the first time in five years! The layout is something which flows much better than our last one. The unsightly drainage system from the drainspouts we'd had earlier are almost invisible in the way they redesigned it. Additionally, the ugly cracking concrete is gone, and we have peace of mind with System Paver's warranty. We love the work System Pavers did, were thrilled at the price, and have recommended them to several other neighbors already.

Everyone that we were in contact with, from the sales rep Paul, to the project manager Kyle, to the ladies in the office, and the men doing the physical work, were all so professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with! They were also very neat while doing the job.

Excellent on all counts. 5-person crew on hand for demolition made short work of the job. Installation of 800+ sq. ft. patio went smoothly and efficiently. Josh (sales) and Cody (project manager) answered all our questions and concerns. Cody was on hand daily to check on the progress. The crew cleaned up the site daily. Josh and Cody came by after the project was completed to be sure we were completely satisfied. We were, and would recommend System Pavers to anyone doing a similar project. The completed patio has been seen by some of our neighbors and family members. Everyone says that it looks terrific. We agree.

First contacted System Pavers of Denver April 2014. Scheduled work to start June 2014. Due to work backlog rescheduled twice. Work began November 2014. Originally estimated to take 2 days to complete. Actual time to complete the majority of the work was 2 weeks. Tim DelRoss suggested I sign off that the work was completed and that he would be back in the spring to finish the remaining issues under warranty work. He was a really nice guy so I agreed despite the fact that there were a number of issues with the work. Big mistake. The remaining issues are: the landscaping light was moved outside of the tree ring instead of inside, one of the drip irrigation lines was cut and pulled back but not re-installed, the pavers on the step are loose and dangerous, they removed most of the dirt for the terracing so there is just three standing wall and no terracing. I contacted Tim on March 1st as he had suggested back in November. He wanted to wait 1 month. I contacted him the beginning of April and after numerous emails he finally emailed back that he would come out. He didn't show. I contacted him several more times and he responded to half of them and said he would be out for sure but still never showed. I contacted their office and she said she would pass on my concerns but there has been no response. It's now been over a year since first contact and still no issues have been address including the loose pavers in the step which is a safety issue. I am now in the process of trying to sell my house and the work that System Pavers has done has actually destroyed value rather than improve it. And now I have a safety issue for all potential buyers to avoid while walking around the house.

The employee was trying to talk us out of what we wanted, tried to convince us it would be economically better to put the pavers where our RV is now. If that's where we wanted it, we would not have called to have a parking pad installed in a different location. As he was leaving he stated we would have the estimate the next day. It has now been over two weeks and we still haven't received anything. He seemed like we were annoying him because we wanted something other than what he suggested.

We are very happy with our new patio. If we had any questions, Nate Rein was very responsive and took care of all concerns quickly. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a similar project.

The communication was great and the work completed quickly and our patio looks fantastic. The designer, project manager, and workers were all professional and good to work with. They had quite a few projects ahead of ours which was understandable given the time of year. The project manager visited about a week before work was to start and we walked through what was expected. The following week they arrived and were able to complete the job within 3 days which is well within the timeframe we were told to expect. I've already recommended them to a few neighbors.

Great from sales to planning, project management and installation. These people were always asking if there was anything more they could do to please us and then they did it. I would hire them again definitely.

They did an amazing job for us. They were quick, professional and detail oriented. Cody was great with the scheduling and communications and Jesus was very creative in in solving installation problems.

We selected System Pavers because of a paving project they did in our neighborhood, plus our interviews with SP representatives at the Colorado Home and Garden Show this Spring. Throughout the design and implementation of our project, the crews conducted themselves with courtesy, professionalism and excellent communications. We were pleased with the dedication and craftsmanship of each person involved with our project. The crews had to work around bad weather, which involved a number of schedule changes. When the schedule changed, we were informed ahead of time and new dates were selected with our input and approval. Our project was extensive, including replacement of the driveway, front walk and porch, side path, and back porch. The new design improved the use and impact of our outdoor spaces, and increased safety for me, as I have difficulty with my balance. The new paved areas provide a beautiful and impactful improvement to our property's curb appeal and daily use. System Pavers treated us right every step of the way, and we are pleased to recommend this company!

Prior to the start of the project, the Project Manager, Troy, scheduled a walk through with us and the design consultant to review the project and to answer any questions we might have. The PM mapped out the project with spray paint and we discussed the relocation of the sprinklers, concerns we had regarding relocating the downspout drainage and he took time to answer any we questions that we had. He gave us his card and told us to call him with any additional questions or concerns. The materials were dropped off on the first day and care was taken in the placement of those materials so not to interfere with neighbors and to meet HOA requirements. The crew showed up on time, worked consistently for the planned five days and the project was completed on time. Troy was checking daily on the project, making sure we were satisfied and adjustments that we requested were made quickly. The final inspection went well and Troy made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the work and that we understood the 25 year warranty that comes with our new patio.

Our experience was great! The Sales process was easy and once our Project Manager was assigned any additional questions or scope we wanted to discuss was quickly covered. We love the new look it gives our exterior!!

The sales rep. Doug was very responsive and helpful. He had great ideas and followed through. The project manager, Troy always answered calls and showed up when scheduled. I'm very pleased with the job.

The experience was relatively easy and the staff was professional and responsive. We had an issue with the quality of work done by the subcontractor. Andrew with System Pavers took care of the issue immediately! The patio was well designed and looks great!

My project began when David Wagner helped us create a wonderful new outdoor living space in our backyard. After 30 years of living with flagstone it was time for an update, and David came prepared with a very professional presentation for the product as well as with the perfect feel for figuring out what 2 senior citizen husband and wife homeowners would like. His patience, sense of humor and sincere desire to accommodate every request we had was outstanding. The real work began when Jesus Luna, owner of Dos Lunas Landscape and his crew began the challenge of removing the old patio. They faced the challenge of removing the flagstone, many inches of cement base, wire and rebar and wheelbarrowing it to the street. All, of the labor was done without more than a small gateway access to the backyard. Also, they worked through rain and snow to get the job completed. I would gladly use them for any landscape projects in the future. Overall, the entire team was extremely responsive to all of the questions we had during the process and to dealing with a few unexpected challenges along the way. Specifically, I appreciated the efforts by Andrew our project supervisor to make certain we were pleased with the job every steo of the way. He was always available and in touch to coordinate the work according to schedules. He was a pleasure to get to know, and he would be my first joice to oversee my next job of replacing the flagstone pathways and front entry steps to my home in a few months.

All went very nicely -- the only stopping was because of snow and rain. The workers were very polite and did not stand around wasting time. The supervisor came by every day to check on the progress. I felt everything went very nicely and would hire them again if I was ever in need of more pavers.

System Pavers did an awesome quality job, we had a problem with the first stairs done they were quick to respond and fixed it with no problem or extra cost. We highly recommend System Pavers if anyone wants a high end and high quality job done. We have had so many compliments from friends and neighbors, and neighbors also now having theirs done after seeing ours. We will be using them again to do our deck!

Way better than expected! I had done several home improvement project in the past six months with work performed by contractors through a national home improvement store. None of them were completed without hiccups. System Pavers did exactly what they said they would do and on time. They were attentive to my requests and even did little extras that I didn't request (like replacing the cover to my buried gutter where it pops up in the yard. Yes they charged more than my landscaper would have but it wouldn't have come with a 25 year warranty. My Dad used to say "sometimes it doesn't pay to be cheap." I think this the work done by System Pavers is a good example of that. It's hard to put a price on quality and good service.

On all levels, from design to completion, System Pavers was outstanding and their people are a joy to work with! People judge a company mainly by who is sent out to represent the company. If their experience with that person is not good, even a good company loses business. If their first line of contact is good then people are likely to hire that company. Paul Nuanez is an excellent representative for your company. He is professional, answered all my questions honestly, was very informed about the pavers, the job process, addressed my design issues, and you could tell that he loved working for System Pavers. That let me know that System Pavers was the right company for me because that meant that System Pavers treated Paul as a valued employee.

The work went very well. The System Pavers team helped us design the patio using their experience and other work they had completed. They were very communicative and told us exactly what to expect and they kept their word throughout the project. When they hit an unexpected obstacle (existing posts that did not support the patio roof as expected), they stopped work and clearly explained what would need to be done. Hey completed all of the work on time with a crew that was punctual, courteous and cooperative. They did a great job.

Our old flagstone patio was falling apart - flagstones were moving so they were uneven and the flagstones at the edges were becoming unattached. After getting proposals from a several firms for a variety of replacement patios, we choose System Pavers. Although more expensive than other systems (concrete, flagstone, etc.), we chose System Pavers because they offered a 25-year warranty againstighly recommend movement. The work was completed in March and with our backyard getting little sun that time of year, we were concerned with schedule and quality of work in the winter. However, System Pavers did an excellent job for us. The crew was fantastic - they kept the site clean, even power washing the street after using up materials. They were extremely diligent in completing the various phases of the work, even when the weather was cold and it was uncomfortable working outside. They completed the work ahead of schedule and the finished product is awesome. The project manager for System Pavers was also excellent - he worked with us to ensure we got the patio exactly as we wanted, and had the crew stack some of the old flagstone so our daughter could take it and we could avoid putting it in a landfill. We are looking forward to many good years of using our patio. We would highly recommend System Pavers to others.

Everything was completed as promised, in fact more than was promised.
