The product and installation was top notch, and the result is pretty stunning. System Pavers was very responsive, had great customer service, and maintained excellent communications throughout the project. No-interest financing was a plus.

We had been stalling on replacing our 13 year old large concrete slab/flagstone patio which had broken and heaved because the job seemed overwhelming in scope and expense. Knowing that we did not want to invest in another slab patio, we finally called System Pavers Denver and had a project designer/manager visit us at our home. Josh could not have been more thorough in his recommendations and design. He quickly put us at ease and scheduled a visit for us at their showroom so that we could pick out the right paver stones and colors. Josh educated us on which stones he believed would work best for our application. He explained the entire build up process in detail and was able to provide us with a very fair price that was in line with two other quotes we had received from other companies within the past couple of years. We were completely at ease with the project concept because of Josh. The project was scheduled to begin in mid December and take 5 to 6 days. Weather (snow storm) was the only thing to delay the start of the project, which began right after Christmas. Kyle was the project foreman and he was very professional with constant communication with us and made sure to follow up in person or via phone each evening to discuss the progress. The job took 5 long days (as promised) and the crew was excellent. The craftsmanship was meticulous. The patio looks fantastic and adds value to our home. We have recommended System Pavers Denver to our neighbors and would recommend them to anyone who asked us.

Everyone showed up when they said they were going to. Work started on schedule (with a weather delay, but that's normal and was anticipated), and was completed within the specified time frame. They were not the lowest bid, but not the highest either.

They were amazing! We had a tight schedule that they made work! Not only that, but the job was beautiful and professionally done from start to finish. We have hired other companies in the past and they never quite do the job to the full extent that we expect nor clean up after. System Pavers left our back yard looking better than when they started! We wanted to replace our high maintenance wood deck with pavers. Spent a couple weeks getting estimates. We went with System Pavers even though it was not the least expensive. They were the most professional in that they showed up on time for the estimate , took the measurements, had samples, made great sugestions and offered the best warranty. The crew that did the install was awesome. The made sure everything was level, clean cuts, nice edging and picking up each day when they were done. They worked long hours and completed the job 1 day early. The job Supervisor, Kyle, checked in each day. So far we are very happy with the patio.

We were very impressed with System Pavers first by the fact that we got a full presentation of the company and how they warranty their work as well as the installation process. The installation process is very labor intensive to begin with as I watched other YouTube video on this. Our sales representative, David W. was very friendly, professional, and made sure we understood everything. He visited several times to see how things were going and coordinated with the project manager, Troy J. As far as the actual work itself, Troy oversaw the project and was in constant contact with me even if he could physically be here each day. They do have other projects, of course! Once the crew completed the project, ahead of time (by a week of the original projected time) they did a great job or cleaning up. I can not tell you enough how happy we were with System Pavers and our paver front porch and back patio (full length of house). We will be talking with them in a year or so if our HOA allows us to have a paver driveway. That will really make things even better! By the way the lighting package was well worth the expense as it make a real difference. Thank you Tyler for getting the lights all setup. Also thank you for the California wine that was sent to us. Great customer service!

He walked us through all the different pavers and showed us different styles and what they would look like. After selecting SP, Nate came out to our house again for over an hour laying out the pavers we selected in a small grouping to ensure we could see what our patio would look like. Nate was in contact with us throughout the process and constantly kept us up to speed on the schedule (our installation actually moved up a week, which was nice). Our PM, Andrew, then came out to our house and walked us through the process and made sure everyone was on the same page ahead of any work happening. Andrew was always in contact with us and checked in with us multiple times a day asking if we had questions or concerns about any of the work. The crew that worked on our patio was very professional and cleaned up our yard daily when they finished their work for the day. We are so happy with our new patio and it looks great! The communication throughout the process was awesome and we never had to seek out anyone with questions because both Andrew and Nate were always checking in with us. I would highly recommend System Pavers.

We eventually did choose to go with a more expensive paver, but that was our choice and while our salesperson supported our decision, he didn't push us in that direction at all. The project was a large patio area that required thought out slope and drainage considerations. It also required the removal of existing flagstone, which they willingly stacked out of the way on our property for our future use. This also required the removal and clearance of four significant-sized tree roots, and removal of a portion of asphalt driveway. The primary workgroup was a two-man crew that were there throughout the 2-1/2 week project. They always showed up on time, were extremely respectful and friendly. They cleaned up when they left. They anticipated any complications, such as shortage of product, pick-up/drop-off coordination and such, so none of these issues caused any delay or problem.The crew expanded when the project moved into the phase of actually laying the pavers, then shrunk back to the two-man crew for the finalization of the project. There was never crew standing around with nothing to do. The project manager was in communication on a regular basis and helped coordinate the installation of the natural gas firepit with the plumber, permits and inspectors. We feel that in many ways the crew and project manager went above and beyond in ensuring that we were happy with the final product.

The concrete of my patio was much thicker than System Pavers anticipated and since all the concrete was hauled out of the yard by wheelbarrow, it took the team a longer time. Andrew, the project manager, was on top of everything and, upon realizing that there was a potential problem, dealt with it and resolved it in a very professional manner. If there was a choice or a question of how something would look, the team would stop and check with me first before going ahead. They left my backyard in excellent condition each day. The team worked so hard that I was amazed on a daily basis. System Pavers had installed a big driveway for me 15 years ago and I still love it and it looks great. This was the major reason I hired them to do the work on my backyard patio and garden patio. Andrew, project manager, checked in with his team and me on a daily basis and left nothing to chance. HOORAY FOR A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND PRODUCT. I WOULD HIRE AND RECOMMEND SYSTEM PAVERS TO ANYONE THAT IS INTERESTED IN IMPROVING THE LOOK OF THEIR PROPERTY.

By far the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. From the very start our PM Nate was very attentive to our project needs. Nate met with us on multiple occasions (all during the best time for us) to go over our project design and timeline. Nate went above and beyond working diligently for 3 weeks finding the exact stone to match our house - this was very important to us and made the finished product look amazing. The crew that did the masonry and lighting did an amazing job! We absolutely love the finished product and cannot stop raving about it. We have more projects in mind and will definitely be going back to System Pavers.

From start to finish, this project was done professionally and exceeded our expectations. At our initial contact, Nate came to the house, listened to our needs, detailed the background of the company, created a design and provided a bid. It took us a year before deciding to proceed with project. During this time, Nate would occasionally check in with us but was in no way overbearing. Once we began the project, everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. Our project manager (Nick) was patient and responsive to changes we made along the way. His team of workers were incredible and completed our patio in about a week. A friend who had a similar job done last summer was amazed as his patio had taken much longer. The finished product is great and I would certainly use System Pavers again for any future projects.
