Josh designed and organized the job to complement our home and yard and to meet our specific needs. Kyle efficiently supervised its execution and completion within budget. Jose and Jorge masterfully completed the job with precision and superb craftsmanship. We couldn't be more satisfied with the beautiful results.

Great finished ahead of time and looks great

Everything from the Sales process, project planning and installation went great. The installation crew was the best and I would hire them again to do any more work for me. I would highly recommend them for a paver system installation.

System Pavers gave a huge face lift to these areas. It was an exciting transformation that gave a needed upgraded, professionally done look to our property. Doug Lawson (design), Tyler Mitchell (project manager) & Heather (in the office) and the workers that did the labor were pleasant to work with and responded to any questions and concerns we had. These are the guys to call for a permanent, well done job on a paving project.

System Pavers is likely the best at what they do!

They were booked up several months, but we patiently waited for the crew to come and perform the work. They really keep you updated on the progress of the job. We had several walk-thrus with various members of the team (sales person and the project manager. I was worried as they had to change project managers at the last minute and it could not have gone better. Lots of attention to detail and a great meeting after the job was done to go over care of the project. A++

We were surprised that the extra pavers weren't removed after the project. We called after 2 weeks & a driver removed a lot of them. However, not all. Even now 3 weeks later we still have a 31" x 42" x 12" stack of pavers left on a pallet in our driveway. We'll call again, but a curious problem as they are definitely too much for us to move or store.

System Pavers did a patio for us about three years ago, we absolutely love it. We are out there basically everyday (weather permitting) and it has been fantastic. The best part about our fantastic patio is the service and warranty that System Pavers provides. As you would expect, we have had some settling issues and they have been great about coming out and fixing any issues we have. They even figured out what our lighting issue was and had that fixed in no time. The guys are always great when they come out, super friendly and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Summer is their busy season so it takes them a little longer to do service stuff, but that is completely understandable. I would and definitely have recommended System Pavers to anyone who is looking to add a great feature to their house.

They're a little pricier than competitors, but well worth it in my opinion. Excellent quality work & extremely professional. At one point, they discovered that a few of the pavers installed were stained, and proactively took it upon themselves to have it fixed up despite me not having noticed it.

I Can't say enough good things about our experience with System Pavers. From the time we met Corey, our Sales Rep - who is a true professional, who went above and beyond and was very patient with us throughout the entire design process - from choosing our pavers, to color, style and design. All the way to working with Andrew, our Project Manager and his crew of competent & skilled craftsmen. Our pavestone patio was everything we hoped it would be and more, it turned out great.! The recommendation of the color and type of pavers blends perfectly with our 100 year old granite steps and looks so professional and clean. The artisans that did this job for us were obviously skilled and took pride in their work. We could not be more pleased with the work done..

System Pavers tore out our concrete walkway and steps leading to our front door. They were quick, responsive, clean, and made sure we were completely satisfied. They offer a great piece of mind 25 year warranty that can't be beat.

The designer helped refine our patio design, their showroom is a great way to see finished examples before finalizing project decisions. There is also a 25 year warranty. Project was delayed due to weather backups which is completely understandable. The project manager, kept us informed throughout the delays and project and also addressed all of our questions and concerns. The install team worked long and hard through 95+ degree heat to complete the job in a timely manner with excellent attention to detail. I would highly recommend this step for protecting the investment, plus the finish makes it look slightly wet and brings out a deeper color in the pavers!

The overall product – it took them about 8 months to finish, but once it was completed, it was great. The problem was with the project manager. They had to rip out everything and re-do it, unfortunately.

We weren’t very happy with the overall product of our 2nd project. It took them about a year to complete it. They did it the first time and it took them about 3-4 months. Then it rained and we noticed water was pooling and it was steaming. We called the corporate number. They sent someone out and they said it was completely wrong and they had to rip it completely out and re-do it.

Excellent communication from both the salesman Josh and project manager Troy throughout the project. Appreciated their professionalism, knowledge and expertise. Also appreciated the company's showroom so we could choose between pavers by seeing what they actually look like in the ground. We use our backyard daily now thanks to Josh and Troy. Patio was finished in 3 days. Highly recommended.

It went well. They completed the job in a timely manner. The project manager checked with us every day to see if we had any concerns. A couple corrections at the end were quickly addressed and resolved. We are very happy with our beautiful patio!
