Our furnace went out in January. We called them to fix it and found out that our furnace was old and obsolete. Then we were denied when we applied for credit for a new one. We thought we were going to go without heat. John W. Bent over backwards to make sure that our home had heat knowing full well he didn't have to. Easy to schedule and extremely experienced and knowledgeable professionals. Spencer repaired our regulator as well as our humidifier after our regular Heating and Air company came out the day before and didn't diagnose. We are glad we called Swan as they diagnosed both issues quickly and did the repairs right away. At an extremely reasonable price. We liked their service so much, we even signed a maintenance contract. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Swan Plumbing and Heating!
Description of Work: Over the last several months I have had much work done by Swan Plumbing and Heating. the entire team--Melissa, John, TJ, Chris, Detlif and others have been great to work with. I had sewer failure backup problem and the Swan team was there to fix in one day! Great customer service and polite! All work was performed perfectly. I also had an ancient furnace and air conditioner replaced by new fabulous equipment and am loving the new products. TJ and Chris are professionals and exact in making sure all is completed perfectly to the highest standards. I was very impressed and happy with all work done. All were very friendly and I felt comfortable having them in my home. Great team for all plumbing and heating problems!

It went well. I feel like the price with all the code updates and new thermostat is worth it. Let's me honest no one wants to shell out money for a new furnace but they guaranteed the lowest prices with Quality. Also they had a few finance options.

I actually didn't hire Swan to complete the work but I couldn't have been more impressed with their processes and people. Gary in the office was great. And Jon Miller - the tech who visited my house - went above and beyond, despite my lack of commitment to sign up with Swan. The coolest feature - in my opinion - was the text I receive prior to my tech arriving that contained information about him - including a photo. Very neat and very professional. I would recommend this vendor to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Very well. Tyler was very thorough and knowledgeable and did not charge me for things not needed. He showed me how to properly install the furnace air filter. He showed me items that I might want to correct at some point in the future. I was impressed that he knew where to install the air filter, which the tech from the previous company (and my husband and myself) had not been able to figure out without a long search. Only one slight issue - he suggested getting CO2 detectors, but I realized after he left that our smoke detectors are also CO2 detectors. I will plan on hiring Tyler again next year.

great! Spencer was actually early, but I got a call ahead of time to make sure that was ok. The work he did was excellent; he explained a lot of things I'd been curious about. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and kept the work area clean. Excellent experience. I love that the technicians never try to sell you something till you actually need it. They also have advice if you want it but are never pushy. I tell everyone to call them.
Description of Work: I originally had Swan come out because my AC quit. I loved the people and work so much I now call them for everything. This visit was the annual furnace tune up and flushing my tankless water heater.

They quoted me a price of $637 to $765 as he said I needed to replace a shower valve. I had my friend look at it and he adjusted the amount of hot water allowed thru the faucet. Took 10 minutes and required no parts.

The office staff was responsive and set appointment, but rescheduled twice which was OK given my schedule and their apparent emergencies. The problem was once the service provider gave me an estimate. He suggested "the best option" for my toilet was a complete rebuild of the toilet and the attachment to the wall for $1300 and that unclogging my slow drain would run $180. I can purchase the exact same toilet for half that amount and surely $180 to improve the drainage in a sink shouldn't cost $180. I found these prices completely outrageous and felt the provider should have suggested I buy a new toilet rather than spend $1300 to rebuild my old one. Would never recommend them to anyone given these prices.
Description of Work: I needed to fix a toilet that is slow to refill, but works just fine and to help improve the drainage in a bathroom sink.

Swan was able to respond same day and provided excellent response. Jon was sent to estimate the job. He quickly identified the leak and professionally described the problem to myself and my elderly parents. The estimate was a bit on the higher end, but the responsiveness made it worth the cost. My dad is in home hospice and Jon recognized the emergency circumstances and obtained approval to perform the work himself instead of having us wait for their field plumbers to arrive. Jon is very skilled and completed the repair within an hour, and he cleaned up everything quickly. He was kind and we wouldn't hesitate calling Swan again.

Drilon showed up on time and located problems. It was not worth fixing 14 year old system that we were not that happy with. He explained how our existing furnace had been poorly/incorrectly installed & how Swan would correct problems. We agreed and within hours Jerry & Jordan were removing our old system. The quality of the work performed was 1st Class! They were very respectful of our home. Spencer came out to test system for the Xcel H E rebate - very informative. We have greatly increased airflow resulting in a major increase in heating & AC performance!!
Description of Work: Our AC stoped working. Looked for a company with excellent reviews. Called late Friday afternoon. Got a call back that day & scheduled appointment few days later. The AC & furnace system were replaced.

After another company no-showed, I called Swan Plumbing Heating & Air and scheduled an appointment. Called them a week prior to the scheduled appointment to ask them a question about my furnace and they said they could look at it while they were there for the A/C but would need to schedule "more time" so re-scheduled for the following week. Got a call the morning of the appointment saying they had several "Emergency" calls and one tech was out so they needed to re-schedule my appointment. Very unprofessional.
