Susie is wonderful, and I feel very fortunate to have found her and benefitted from her hard work and expertise. She helped me buy my dream condo, and the whole story of how it happened testifies to what an amazing job Susie does. First and foremost, she knows the Denver market stone-cold, down to individual buildings. When we had our preliminary interview over the phone, I told her about a specific property I had in mind (I?ve been admiring a particular building for years, and a condo went up for sale in it that week). Susie instantly recognized the building from my description and gave me very useful information about it. She realized immediately what a hot listing it was, and offered to show it to me that same day. This was despite the fact that she was recovering from surgery and was not supposed to get out of bed. But she knew that this condo would not stay on the market for long, and she showed it to me within an hour of our phone conversation. This was on Friday night, and on Saturday morning we were writing the contract, even though she was still feeling quite sick. This is how Susie operates: She goes far beyond the call of duty to help her clients. The condo was a short sale, and there was an expensive ?surprise? right before closing, because the seller?s realtor did not communicate with us clearly enough about HOA fees the seller still owed. Susie did everything she could to get the seller?s agent to cover these overdue HOA fees, and when the seller?s agent agreed to cover only a small fraction of the cost, Susie had her own company, Live Urban, cover the difference. So not only did Susie help me get a beautiful condo in a building I love, she saved me a big bundle of money to boot!
