Larry and his team were very professional. Since my husband and I were out of work at the time of the repairs, cost was very important to us. He met with our insurance adjuster and kept us in communication loop. We even asked him to suggest a roof color for us. We went with his suggestion and we absolutely love it! Larry told us that he replaces one roof at a time. At the time, I didn't understand why this was so important. I do now. His team is committed to him. They showed up when they said they would and finished on time. Because Larry is a contractor, he can replace, not only the roof, but do the other jobs that needed to be done. For example, he did our painting. We were very pleased with the results!

From start to finish - Larry and his crew were consummate professionals, had meticulous attention to details and my new roof is not only beautiful, but done right!

Larry and his crew was exceptional. The price was fair. The customer service was outstanding. The crew used harnesses while up on my roof and safety seemed to be on their minds. They provided a binder with copies of all paperwork including the permit, mapping of ventilation and ice and water shielding, and pictures of the work in progress. Larry even helped to file the supplemental claim with my insurance company for the damaged underlayment. They even helped me with a structural issue I was having with a beam by providing pictures that I could provide to my engineer. I never felt like I was and quot;the next projectand quot; but that we where a truly valued customer. Truly top notch service.

Larry Johnson, the owner of My Home Contracting, installed a new roof on my home and did an outstanding job in the end! The roof was actually installed in late November and, due to an unexpected cold spell immediately following the installation, did not bond completely in a very small area. While I had already paid for the installation, Larry was all over the issue, proactively taking a variety of steps to establish the complete cause of the problem before proceeding with the fix. In my case it was a little complicated due to a vaulted ceiling and high humidity in my home exacerbating the problem. He brought in several experts at his own expense to make sure we had the leakage issue totally resolved on both the outside and inside before proceeding. What impressed me the most is Larry's willingness to take responsibility and go the extra mile to provide a complete fix to the problem. In other words, he took ownership and was in the driver's seat to provide a thorough problem resolution. He is a man you can trust, very easy to deal with and not defensive relative to problem that needs to be resolved. These are rare qualities in an outside contractor, particularly as it relates to past experience I've had with roofing contractors. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding - we just had some bad luck with the weather. I would highly recommend Larry as a roofing contractor and would not hesitate to do business with him again!
