Contacted Sunnyside Home Inspections to have an inspection completed prior to putting my condo on the market. Dehn replied to my request quickly to set up an appt. He arrived on time, was very polite, and professional. Dehn was also very meticulous with the inspection and took time to explain in detail the things that I should fix/update. He also offered suggestions on how I might go about taking care of some of those issues. Overall the inspection went smoothly and was affordable. Dehn’s fantastic. Excellent communication, professional attitude, and oh yes, he does excellent work AND cleans up after himself and is very respectful while working in your home. He provides an excellent experience from start to finish, and everything is very convenient for the homeowner. He offers an estimated quote via text when possible (recommend sending him pics so he understands what you need help with exactly), then he’ll schedule your work date and sends reminders via email, actually shows up on the date scheduled, actually completes the work in a timely fashion, and payment can be handled via app. He couldn’t have been more straightforward. For context, we’ve had multiple “handy” persons at our home in the past, and there’s always something. Long list of excuses, no shows, agreed upon costs change, bad workmanship, high drama,....we’ve heard it all. So when Dehn was able to help us, it was very evident that he’s the professional we’ve been looking for for years! Don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.
