After some delay connecting with the right person, we set up an appointment and rescheduled it once. Tim came when he said, and worked around some scheduling issues of ours. He was quick and efficient, and the price was fair.

Bill measured all the windows for replacement and made some great suggestions like privacy glass in the bathroom windows and suggested windows that would optimize the view from certain rooms. His bid was the best I received for quality and price. The installers took 2 days to replace all the windows. They cleaned up every day and were careful to seal up all air leaks around the windows. Even with the high temperatures this summer, my house is now cool without air conditioning or evaporative cooler. The new windows made a big difference in the appearance of the house from inside and out. After the installation, Bill came out to ensure the installation was done properly in each room and to show me how the windows slide out for cleaning. Outstanding job...outstanding company.

We had an estimate from Summer with some others we had picked from Angie's List. Summer was by far the lowest, but we also appreciated Bill's low-key sales presentation which was devoid of hype. The hype and expense of the others was a big turnoff for us. We picked Summer and arranged for installation following order and delivery of the new windows. The installation took a day longer than originally estimated. The workers were friendly and skilled. They worked very hard. Unfortunately, they were late every single day which can be a problem if one is planning to get other things done. We made Bill aware of this issue. I can say that any issue that arose during and after the installation was dealt with fully to our satisfaction. Now that we have the windows in, we are amazed at the fact that our house is cooler in the hot weather. I had been expecting improvement in the winter, but not in the summer. Our windows have made our house more comfortable and very quiet. They are very easy to operate. Overall we are very pleased and would use Summer again. I don't hesitate to recommend them highly for both price and performance.

It was fine. They are an excellent company in every way. They have good service, and excellent price and their professionalism is top drawer. They came back twice when I had a problem with a door they installed. They came back the same day and fixed the problem. The price was several thousand dollars under Pella.

They were great. We got five quotes and Summer Windows was neither the highest nor lowest in price but they were the most comprehensive and we felt like we were getting the best value. They were absolutely prompt and they were here exactly when they said they would be. I had several small children in my house that day and they were very conscientious that there were little kids in the house and they kept the doors closed when they had the windows physically out of the wall so that the kids couldn?t come near. We were really pleased with the quality and they windows look great. There was a small problem with a latch on one of the windows about two weeks after they were finished and we paid them so we called them up and they had somebody out within a couple of days to fix the latch. We?ve already planned on using them again.

Bill told us he could replace our large picture windows without us buying new windows which would have cost us much more. He ordered the windows and came on the appointed day to install them. He is a pleasant, organized, knowledgeable person and was done quickly. Our windows match the old and look great! I'll call Bill again when the need arises.

The project went fairly smoothly, overall. Bill met us at the house to do an estimate and educate us on replacement windows. He took a great deal of time to measure all the windows and discuss options for the garden window in the kitchen. We went with his recommendation of manufacturer and choose some upgrades to improve the overall look. It took several weeks for the windows to be made before installation, however the crew that came to do the work was very professional, arrived right when they said they would, did great work, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Installation took a total of 3 days because of some issues in the window order/manufacture. The windows installed had grids that weren't all consistent with some having 3 sections, others having 4. Before I could even raise the question about this, Bill had already re-ordered the replacement parts and apologized for the mix-up. The crew had to return a few weeks later to replace the windows with bad grids and finish the sliding glass doors. The house looks much better inside and out, the new windows are dramatically more efficient than the replaced aluminum windows, and I can?t say enough good things about Summer Windows. They were very easy to work with, easy to get in contact with and did a great job. Even as issues came up, they handled them creatively and quickly. They had to do light construction for the garden window to fit correctly, and it looks perfect, as does the rest of the job. I couldn?t be happier with the project.

The man who owned the window company came out and did an estimate. He was the only one who agreed to replace just the panes. The price was great. His worker was really good but I don't think he came in a timely manner. The quality of work was good.

They did a great job. The windows look really cool. We had a good experience with them. They did not do a satisfactory job on one of the windows so they came back and fixed it again. They were late for work sometimes.

Everything went very well. They did the job very well and cleaned up after themselves. The pricing was quite afforable, and they even let us buy the doors at our local big-box store and only charged us for the installation (although the price listed includes the doors). The window was a custom size, and they came out and measured. It fit perfectly the first time. I was very happy with them and would certainly use them again.

We called to have the windows inspected for the appropriate repair and the response was prompt and very accomodating. During the inspection, he was very open to sharing information about the window type and maintenace and operation issues typical to my windows. After reviewing the windows, a very reasonable price was given for rebuilding the broken counter-balances. After the custom pieces arrived, he called back immediately and replaced the pieces during my lunch hour.

Bill M., the owner (303) 722-9442, performed a thorough site examination, with installation suggestions based on non-standard aspects of our home (tight stonework around windows and sliding glass doors). He was competent and detailed in his assessment, thinking about eave depth, exposure based on local weather patterns, etc. In the end our stonework was the only significant complication. Bill's crew coordinated well, showed up as planned and were thoughtful to keep clean up to a minimum (shoes off inside when muddy, site clean up inside and out). Bill visited during the installation and performed the final 'walkthrough'. Excellent job plus because they just did the installation it allowed me to get a great price on the windows without giving up those savings with the installation.

Bill did a great job getting the window installed. He also put in a fair amount of extra work getting the permit which turned out to be a bit more complicated than anticipated. He is pleasant to deal with and easy to reach most of the time.

They promptly came out to give me an estimate. They price was excellent. They ordered the tempered glass and cut it. Within a week the windows were installed. They did a great job, cleaned up their mess. They were friendly and professional. The owner also gave me information on how to do minor repairs and replacements to the windows that he didn't do himself but I could do on my own.

This company did a great job and they were easy to work with.

I was so happy to find an honest person (Bill) in the replacement window business. He was so courteous to my parents who are seniors. I like that he took the time to explain the window industry (which he had worked in previously) and that he uses local companies (helps Denver's economy). The installation was very professional and he cleaned up very well after the work was completed. I did not mind having to wait a week for the windows to be made, again, since they were being made locally. I urge you to give Bill a call and get a quote. BTW-Summer is the name of his daughter.
