Clint and his son came out the same day I called and pumped my tank in about half an hour. They also power-washed the two compartments of the tank and gave it an inspection. They were both very friendly and did a good job.

Our septic pump had gone out and we needed our tank pumped out. They came out the day that we called (on a weekend!). Can't thank them enough! We found our new septic service.

Steve came on time and cleaned out our septic tank. He did an excellent job... Backwashed and inspected(no charge) health of tank. He was very patient and explained many aspects of our septic tank and leach field.. I got much more than a quick septic cleaning.. He eased my mind about future issues... And I bought some septic enzymes from him $70 for a year.. Because our system is very old(1964)... His truck is shiny and clean! I look forward to using him again in two years!

We called Suc N Up and were told they probably couldn't get us in until the following week. Their price was reasonable and so we told the owner to call when they could get to us. He called us a few days later and were able to get to us that same week. The owner's son came and was very professional and personable. He explained what he was doing and chatted with us while he pumped. It was done in about 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company.

Service was great. Steve explained things before hand on the phone and there were no surprises.

Schedule two weeks in advance. Do to emergency at anoher clients truck was two hours late.Service was good.

Suc N Up performed work on the same day that they learned of the problem, and explained that they would not bill for services to re-check the septic system. He came out to the house several times over a couple of weeks and continued to work with me and the City until the problem was resolved. Sullivan Septic quoted $18,000 to replace the septic system that they falsely reported had failed. The septic system was working perfectly, and we have Suc N Up to thank for not having to deal with Sullivan Septic.

THE DRIVER OF THE TANK WAS HERE ON TIME AND WAS FINISHED WITHIN ONE HALF HOUR. HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND I LEARNED A LOT ABOUT SEPTIC TANKS AND THE LEACH FIELD. HE INSTRUCTED ME ABOUT USING LIQUID DETERGENTS RATHER THAN GRANULAR. HE KNEW HIS BUSINESS WELL.

THE OPERATOR WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. HE DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND COMPLETELY AND I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN. HE CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK AND DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS ASKED.
