This was a great experience. I moved to Broomfield 2 weeks ago and found this company on Angie's List. Ed the owner was very involved during the entire process. I had granite installed in my house 9 days after the day of the initial quote. All the men that worked in my house were very professional. They were also very neat and tidy. I would absolutely recommend Stone Works Marble and Granite and use them again!

Sick of waiting for responses from Angie's list. I got one response from over 10 requests. I am not using Angie's list much anymore. Their contractors are non-existant.

the whole experience was great! Ed was great to work with and his crew was friendly and did a great job! They had one of the best quotes that we received and they were very prompt in their work. we have recieved many compliments on our new granite and Quartz and we love the finished product! I would highly reccemmend them to anyone who wanted Granite or Quartz work done!!

If showing up on time or at least giving the customer a courtesy call when you are not going to make it out is important to you then do not use this company.

My father and I visited their shop to see how they worked. I was impressed because it is a small shop, and every effort was made to show me how to make wise choices in terms of getting what I wanted at a reasonable price. I selected an in-house verde granite remnant for my father's vanity, and I was given the choice of several granite warehouses from which to select my kitchen countertop. A solid, firm price was provided by Stoneworks Marble & Granite depending on the grade of granite chosen--there weren't any hidden fees for demolition, edging, etc. These folks are honest! I chose a beautiful piece, let SMG know about it, the date I would be available for installation, and the name and email address of my plumber. Home Depot was horrible and messed up the deliveries of the special orders for my faucets, but SMG worked with me throughout all of the changes. The best part was the installation! They were timely and came out with a crew of four men. They didn't stop until it was perfect, and they left everything spotless. Even more importantly, it was a class job: the stone was cut in one piece per countertop, and they selected the showiest pieces of the granite. I have two beautiful countertops as a result. SMG is fantastic! If I ever need any stonework again, I'm heading back to Tennyson Street!

The company responded to us quickly and the owner came out and measured. After we went through the process of selecting our granite they picked it up and installed it in a timely manner. We are absolutely thrilled with our countertop. They were very polite, professional, and timely!

I contacted the owner Ed to come out give me an estimate. He came within a week of my initial contact. He gave us a fair price for work to be done. We went to granite store and picked out granite. About a week or two later his installers came to our house and installed the granite. Stone Works did a great job! I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

The end result is superb. The new opening in the granite looks like a factory-finished fabrication job. Outstanding craftsmanship. The owner, Ed, took the time to meet with me twice to discuss the project and make accurate measurements and recommendations. I do believe the crew could have done a much better job masking off the work area to contain the granite dust, which now covers every horizontal surface on the first floor of our house. We have a fair amount of cleanup work to do as a result, but the sink installation is fantastic. I highly recommend Stone Works Marble and Granite!

Piece of cake!

Our overall experience was great! We contacted Ed Aldrich the owner of Stone Works. He called back immediately and came to our home within a few days to give us an estimate. His price was very fair and very competitive. He sent his crew to template our kitchen and remove the countertops. A week later his crew came back to install the new countertops. They did a great job! The quality of the granite was beautiful. I would highly recommend Stone Works and would definitely use them again.

The process was smooth, timing exactly as promised, the results are perfect and the price was outstanding. Think the crew works little jobs like this in around other, bigger projects but we were never made to feel insignificant. When the new tile floor has been completed in the master bath, our plan is to move on to the guest bath and repeat the process. - Go to Stone Works - Find a pretty remnant - Schedule a time for Ed to measure the counter - Arrange a time for installing the granite - Enjoy the results (and have enough money left over for new lighting)
