Employees were super friendly and efficient in installing our new water heater. I should have insisted on booties (a bit of dirt was left behind) but no big deal for us to vacuum. Thank you for excellent service!

The guys were very nice and professional. They explained everything they were going to do to install the hot water heater, even how to do the annual maintenance procedure. The city inspector even commented about what a nice job they did hooking up the hot water tank. One concern I did have was that, when the old water tank was removed from the basement, the stair carpet was smudged with dirt in a number of places. However, I was able to clean the carpet myself, afterwards. However, overall the work was done in an exceptional manner and I would call them again in the future.

Installation went GREAT! I'm rarely impressed with contractors, but Steadfast was exemplary in their service, professionalism, punctuality and appreciation of our time and property . . . and they were FAST! I had expected they would be here all day but they were in-and-out in just over an hour. I found Steadfast by accident, as they were provided as a Lowe's service provider. Very pleased with the work.

It is a husband/wife team and I’ve never seen anyone work so hard and so fast. They called ahead to let me know when they were coming, they were here on time. The divided up the work. He hauled, she unloaded and prepped. They were in and out of here in an hour or less and for a new water heater I thought that was exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience. He was prompt and very professional. Explained everything to us and gave us an estimate that was correct. He performed the work and explained what he did. Absolutely wonderful! We had Kevin & Tonya install a saltless water softener in our new house. They were very professional, cleaned up well after themselves and explained all the parts to the system very well. The even notified us of a problem with our water heater that they noticed while they were working! Very friendly and knowledgable. Would definately recommend them to others.
