Steve came out unprepared and 2 hours late. Did not have all of the parts that were needed and asked me to go to the store for him to get the parts to make the job easier for him. There was an issue with the motherboard wasn't turning on he said he was taking it home to repair and that was the last I ever heard from him. It's been 2 weeks haven't gotten any response on Facebook or calling him or text messages. Horrible ,horrible ,horrible customer service and experience!

Very well ... they found the issue relatively quickly and were able to replace the damaged wiring on the same trip.

He never showed up today. No calls, no email, no nothing. I called when he didn't show and had to leave VM. I had to drive across town for the appt. Very frustrating.

Steve is great to work with. He was able to repair my swamp cooler by wiring correctly instead of the full replacement only option quoted by others. Saved me a ton, cooler works better than ever.

Went very well. Hot tub came with the house, so we really had no idea what shape it was in, though we had been told it was just a pump. Steve and Dustin came out within days and fairly late in the evening to accommodate my schedule, and came out in the freezing weather the next day to replace the pump. They were quick and efficient, had the tub filled and heating up within hours.

contacted spa medic to diagnose and repair our leaking hot tub. they were able to get someone out to our house within a day or two. he was able to pinpoint the leak very quickly, and offered two methods of repair. he suggested trying the cheaper option, and our hot tub no longer leaks. their prices were extremely reasonable. we will definitely call them again.

Dustin and Steve were great! They showed up when they said they would to evaluate the problem. We had agreed upon a fair price for what was diagnosed to be the original problem with the spa (the cracked air injectors). While working on the injectors, they found some incorrectly repaired injectors (done by the previous owners). Furthermore, Spa-Medic found the cracked manifold which was the result of freeze-damage. Because of the extra work involved, the cost went up but I do not feel that it was unreasonable given the number of hours they worked on the job. The front panel on the spa had rotted away and Spa-Medic had put a new (used) one on my spa at no extra charge! I would definitely use this company again. Because of the labor reqired to lift my spa out of my deck, I had difficulty even finding someone willing to do the work. Spa-Medic followed through on everything they said they would do and the job was done promptly!
