Eric was incredibly persistent in overcoming issues involving access to electrical source, location of the closer rail, etc. The installation took several hours longer than he estimated but he worked to make the installation work.

Missed key problem with the construction. A beam was not a supporting beam but just a 2X10 board. His promise to do the garage door within a week has still not occurred. Boulder permitting the problem. Would imagine permitting delays are well-known in his business.
