I have never written a review before but have to give huge kudos to the excellent service provided by Jaun Ortiz from Sir Grout. I needed the tile in my kitchen and bathroom repaired after buying a "fixer-upper" house. Jaun came in and gave a fair estimate and explained the process in detail. He was extremely professional and friendly at every meeting. If you are like me, you may be jaded by service providers saying they will be at your house at a certain time and showing up hours later. Not so with Jaun. He was punctual and the job was done when he said it would be. The tile looks absolutely outstanding. I cannot sing his praises enough! If you need your tile done, I would highly recommend calling Jaun at Sir Grout. You will NOT be sorry.

Jaun Ortiz was out primary contact and he was great to work with. We'd used Sir Grout previously in Arlington, VA, and had been very pleased with their work. When we moved out to Colorado, we wanted them to check over our six bathrooms to make sure everything was sealed and we weren't going to have a problem down the road. All of our bathrooms are different, so they all required a different approach--and we had the gamut from grout and caulking that needed to be removed and re-grouted and resealed to some bathrooms that didn't need any work. Juan was honest about all of them--those that didn't need any work, he simply sealed and moved on. Those that needed more work, he talked with us and offered his best recommendation. Juan and his crew arrived promptly and they were very cautious bringing their equipment into our home. Juan really went above and beyond! We had some mineral deposits in our sinks from hard water and even though it wasn't part of the estimate, Juan worked diligently to remove the deposits--and he succeeded with one sink where everything we had tried had failed. He also recommended some other products for bathroom tiles that looks like it will completely renew them. While the price I mention may seem a little high, it was for six bathroom and a LOT of square footage. Juan was straight up with us and where a bathroom didn't need much work, he told us. For those bathrooms that did, he gave us options and his recommendation for how to best fix the problem. Juan worked well with us and and we're now confident that ALL our bathrooms are properly sealed and we won't have any issues in the future. Juan and Sir Grout have our highest recommendation!

Great product that did what they said it would do, just like in the advertising pictures. I now have clean grout in my shower, two guest bathrooms, and two tile entry ways. Careful about taking down and rehanging shower curtain. I'd do it again, in a minute! Sales person Rob Alaniz and then cleaner Jaun Ortiz arrived on time as scheduled. Jaun just kept on going, even while talking to me (always explained what he was going to do), and kept the necessary mess to a minimum and cleaned up when done.

John from Sir Grout is the easiest person to work with. He cleaned our bathroom floors and after the polish, i was impressed by how refresh the floor looked. He took out all the mold on the shower walls, i have never felt my showers were that clean ever since we moved in 2 years ago. on the marble entry way, there were some cracks on the grout which was not part of the original estimate, he fixed them with no extra charge just trying to make customer happy. He worked with me for any concerns and questions I had throughout the process, and did whatever it took to make things right. He is just a great guy to work with! Thanks John!
