+ -1 moreBenjamin's bid was lower than the other two and had no exclusions. The foundation walls are perfectly level and straight. The floor is smooth and sloped perfectly. Benjamin even obtained free dirt to back fill around the foundation walls. I am very happy with the work and called him back to pour the aprons in front of the garage. They look great also.
Description of Work: Benjamin and his crew installed footings, foundation walls and floor for a seven car garage I am building at my residence.
