+ 2 moreThey did an incredible job. The general contractor is incredibly easy to talk to. He is very straight forward. He consulted us for even minor details and did not take any decisions on his own. He did everything only after he got our approval. He kept us informed. All the people who he brought in with him to work were fabulous. We had some other problems and he immediately referred us to someone. He is very well connected. They are the nominal service and very well priced. I would use their services in the future also.
Description of Work: I used Shelter Construction LLC services for construction services. They remodeled two bathrooms for us. They also worked on some doors for us. I last used their services last year in March.

+ -1 moreNever actually got together, not even for an estimate.
Description of Work: I spoke with Brett on the phone and sat up an appointment for an estimate. He was late but did call to let me know there was an emergency and we should probably reschedule. I called him the day of the rescheduled appointment and he said he would be by around 5:30 that evening. He didn't show and he didn't call, nor has he called since to explain. All in all, I wonder about his reliability if he ever did start a job. I have since selected a different company to do the work.

+ 2 moreHe is incredibly personable and communicative. He?s very thorough. His prices are outrageously low, they are just unbeatable for what he does. He?s very ethical. He doesn?t want to waste resources or your money. We will definitely continue to use him.
Description of Work: He painted our foyer and hallway. He’s also done some interior remodel work for us. He’s replaced doors and remodeled our master closet. He is also going to do a bathroom remodel for us.
