 + -1 moreI thought I had erased my hard drive in July 2012. Secure Data Recovery diagnosed the problem as failed "read & write" heads. They were able to recover the data and send my a flash drive with all of it including photos, emails, financial data from Quick Books, Quicken and all my Word & Excel files. Chris, was able to negotiate a fair price and I felt my recovery was as important as any business's. One bonus was that I was able to drop off my hard drive locally, though the work was done on the east coast.
Description of Work: Secure Data Recovery diagnosed the problem with my computer hard drive and was able to recover about 90 percent of the data.
