They came and fixed the lock. They knocked down the price because they ended up using some of our parts. They were on time, neat, and very reasonably priced. I was impressed that they tried to work with us on the phone for thirty minutes before coming out, and would definitely have them back.

Ken Colaizzi of Secure-All and John Ziska of Ziska Construction came to my house and measured and talked to me about what I wanted as far as door design (what kind of window, what kind of hardware). Since they worked together I can't really follow the rule about not referring to more than one company in this review. Received by email from Ken a proposal, which I spent the next couple days getting more specifics about as far as model numbers and making sure everything was in writing. This was all done by email. I agreed to everything and paid a $600 deposit. About four weeks later I was informed that the door had arrived and would be painted and we set up an appointment for installation. This was a pre-hung door installation, which was my only choice, which was fine with me. Ken came out a day prior to door installation and removed the existing storm door so the primary door could be installed. Then Josh the installer came with a helper and removed the old primary door and installed the new one. Installed the wrong casing which I didn't know till they were done since I was busy working from home and they put up some plastic around them to contain dust and debris, so I couldn't see what was going on on the inside. John came by and said the hardware didn't work for some reason, so he'd have to come back later and try again. The old hardware was re-installed in the interim. Josh came back a couple days later and installed the proper casing. John came back a couple days later on a Saturday and installed the hardware except for the hinges because of some problem with them. Ken came back after the initial door installation and re-installed the storm door. It works a lot better than it used to -- the key doesn't feel like it's going to break when I turn it in the lock.I emailed Ken a couple weeks later to ask about the hinges because I hadn't heard anything, and Josh came the next day and installed them. These minor glitches didn't really cause me any inconvenience and they were addressed to my satisfaction. The door is beautiful and the installation appears to be top notch. Some spray foam was used on the outside for insulation, everything was caulked and siliconed and I didn't have to perform any touch-up at all. I asked for a transition piece on the inside because the step up to the threshold on the inside appeared high to me, plus it exposed scarring on the sheet vinyl flooring, so they used a quarter-round baseboard and it looks good. I did not get multiple price quotes, but the cost was about what I expected and I imagine it was competitive. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I'm happy with the outcome. Will probably ask them to replace my front door now including a new storm door from Secure-All.

Therefore, I contacted them and talked to Mr. Ken Colaizzi and found that Secure-All Company, Inc. would actually come to measure your doors to ensure the proper fit of all of their manufactured security doors if you so choose. I then scheduled a date for him to come to my home and measure my exterior doors for security doors. He arrived and the rest is history. Secure-All Company, Inc. is superb! Their company, products and customer service are absolutely the best! They constructed 3 double security doors for my home and in addition to that they fabricated 2 swing-open storm sidelites and a transom for my front door. All the doors fit beautifully! I attribute that to the expertise of Mr. Ken Colaizzi and the Secure-All Company, Inc. Team. Secure-All Company, Inc. is absolutely the best! They will be the first company I call if I ever move, rebuild or find myself in a new home. The cost of these doors is really insignificant when you realize the overall quality and peace of mind they bring to you and your home in this day and age!

Bob arrived on time, removed the old/non-functional security door and installed the new door in just over an hour. The new door looks great, opens/closes/seals extremely well and it is significantly superior to the door that it replaced. The new door has a great automatic self-hold-open feature, slam and wind damage protection and easy to remove/install glass and screens. I am impressed! Secure-All products cost a bit more than the competition but their products are superior. Sales, service and support are fantastic and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality security door or window

Ken, the owner of the company came to my house to explain how their doors were different than the other security doors. I had already done a lot of research on my options before he came. I knew that the doors by Liberty and others were not very secure at all and that when they got to my home they would try to up-sell me in order to provide a door that was somewhat more secure than the basic doors. If I was going to buy a ?security? door, I wanted one that was attractive, blended in with my home, was very secure (wasn?t easy to dismantle), and could be left open (with the screen) when I was asleep and when I left my home. All four of these doors are on the main level of my home. I need them for cross ventilation at night and I have special needs, especially on one side of the house. Ken explained how the doors are made and showed me how and why they are more secure than others. He gave me a discount for ordering 4 doors. He answered a ton of questions that we had and measured all of our doors. I called him twice with additional questions and even changed my mind once on the color of the door knobs close to delivery time. The installer came when he said he was coming and installed all four doors efficiently. Everything went according to plan with no glitches and the doors are beautiful and work well. And believe me, they are very, very secure, just as expected. Yes, these doors are more expensive than Liberty and the others out there but if you want a security door, these are the only true security doors out there. I research the things I buy exhaustively. Especially when they cost a lot and need to last a long, long time. These are the real deal, the only door of their kind.

They were expensive, but that is the best investment we have ever made. The guy I dealt with was Ken Colzzi. He did a very good job and almost was like a perfectionist. Out of all the competitors I checked out, they were the best and had the nicest doors.

These are superior products to other similar products we looked at, so although somewhat pricey, they represent a very good value. We had used the identical door in our previous home back in 2007, so were familiar with them. Secure-all did everything they promised, as and when they said they would. In addition, their follow-up service is exceptional. We had a problem in which one of the doors was left standing open on a windy day and seemed to have been sprung. Secure-all came out, inspected the door, and discovered that it was nothing more than a loose magnet for our security system blocking the door from closing. They didn't even charge us for the call.

It was a very nice experience, and I would recommend them.

WE WENT TO THE STORE AND HAD A WIDE VARIETY OF SECURITY DOORS TO CHOOSE FROM. AFTER TALKING WITH SOME OF THE REPRESENTATIVES, WE CHOSE THE DOORS THAT WE FELT WOULD WORK BEST FOR OUR HOME AND GOT A LOT OF HELPFUL INFORMATION FROM THE REPS TO HELP US MAKE OUR DECISION.

PRICE WAS HIGH, BUT THE QUALITY OF THE DOOR IS EXCELLENT. I LIKE BEING ABLE TO LOCK THE DOOR WITH ONLY THE SCREENS ON DURING A HOT DAY AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY IF I'M AT WORK ALL DAY. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO SOMEONE WHO WANTED SOMETHING MORE THAN JUST A SCREEN DOOR AND IS WILLING TO PAY A LITTLE EXTRA.
