deck cleaning
+ -1 moreExpensive, but it is supposed to have a 25 year guarantee. Imagine, 25 years without sanding and re-finishing? The wood now looks unfinished which I really like, but I worry that the chemical won't be effective enough to prevent cracks, rot and problems. Also, the chemical sludge that came off the deck killed the grass near the deck.
Description of Work: The original wood treatment stain was removed with a special soap. The secret Sealmaxx chemical was pressure forced into the wood. The wood dried for two days and then was sanded. I'd hire them again to treat concrete or brick. I won't know for a few years if I'd have them treat wood.
