The trimming workers showed up on time and were very friendly. They did make one mistake but the company arranged for them to come back and fix the problem as soon as their schedule allowed. A good company to work with and definitely competitive in terms of price. Probably the most professional tree service I have ever dealt with.

The person who came out for the consult and bid was very professional and knowledgeable. However, I have a basic background in pruning, and I was shocked at the shoddy job done by those who did the actual work. I was at work when they did the job, even though I asked to be called on my cell so I could be present: they never called me. I said I wanted a major prune; instead, they only pruned a minimum. They made many novice mistakes, such as pruning branches so they grow INTO the tree, or so they grow straight towards the ground at acute angles. I complained and they fixed most, but I was unimpressed overall. Also, they dragged a chipper across our lawn even though they had access to the trees via the road. It's been more than a year, and we still have track marks across our lawn. Mature trees are a responsibility; they need lifetime care and should be treated like pets -- or living art. I will not use this company again.

Very easy to work with. Workman always told me they were on the property and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The lawn always looks great. They were always prompt to return if there were trouble weed areas that needed a second application.

Swingle arrived on time (actually early). The representative introduced himself and described what he was scheduled to do. He said it would take most of the day, but we wouldn't be needed for anything. The trees look good. There was no evident damage done to other landscaping or the house. The crew cleaned up very well, even blowing the leaves off the patio and driveway. It was an expensive but excellent service.

The two gentlemen who can out were very professional and thorough. They did a wonderful job on the trees and cleaned up completely when they left. They were very careful and did not damage other plantings in the yard.

In addition to removing the debris from the tree trimming, the workers cleared tree limbs that I had previously cut. Very professional group.

I have used Swingle for several years and they are always timely with their service. They provide a summary of the work done in addition to the billing statement upon leaving. They are friendly and extremely honest.

I was amazed to watch the professional tree trimmer. They sent a cherry picker out to do the job. He really knew what he was doing. It took him 3 whole 8-hour days to complete the job.

SWINGLE ALWAYS CALLS AHEAD OF TIME AS REQUESTED AND WORKERS ARE CLEANLY DRESSED, PLEASANT TO TALK TO, KNOWLEDGEABLE ON SUBJECT MATTER AND PROMPT ON ARRIVAL. ALWAYS CLOSED YARD GATE AFTER FINISH.

VERY EFFICIENT. ALWAYS ON TOP OF WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO DO ON THE PROPERTY. SOMETIMES WANT TO DO MORE THAN I WOULD LIKE, HAVE TO NEGOTIATE WITH THEM.
