oriental rug cleaning
+ -1 moreExtremely satisfied! The rug and pad had to be installed under a very heavy grand piano, so they had three men come to install it. The pad was cut to fit and they were very careful with the piano and the rug. It looks beautiful and I'm very happy with the entire process. The pad cost as much as the cleaning (almost $500) but I feel I made the right choice to protect both a valuable rug and the wood floor under it.
Description of Work: We had a large (approximately 10 ft. by 14 ft.), old Oriental rug that had been rolled up for years. I wanted to have it cleaned and start using it. Sarkisian's rate was comparable to other places I called, and I felt comfortable with their professionalism and level of expertise. They picked up the rug, and cleaned it beautifully. I also wanated a pad to put under it; they explained about the different kinds of pads, and helped me decide what to get.

oriental rug cleaning
+ -1 moreThey repaired it in a timely manor. I ended up on going on a long trip so I couldn't pick it up for more than a month. They kept it safe and remembered me when I called to come in and pick it up. They were very knowledgably and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: He looked at the rug an quickly recognized it was a valuable silk hand woven rug. My do had eaten a corner off of it. He told me he could repair it or sell me a wool rug for less than the repair. He also could put a binding along the dog chewed edge. It would only prevent any more un raveling. I chose to have the binding put along the chewed edge..

oriental rug cleaning
+ -1 moreIt's a family owned business that has been in business for quite some time. They put the rug in a 20 x 20 bath tub and hand clean them. They did a great job.
