+ -1 moreTalked to Zach this morning because of a dead water heater. We had sewer damage and thought that knocked out the heater. He walked me through some things over the phone and now I have hot water again. He didn't make any money off of me today but that heater is getting old and when I need service or a replacement, he will be the first person I call.

+ -1 moreZach did a wonderful job, explaining all the necessary details about the new water heater including temperature regulation, maintenance, etc. as well as the need to replace the gas valve. This was an additional but reasonable cost and we appreciated the safety focus, his thorough explanation and most especially the same day service. We would enthusiastically recommend Zach to anyone needing a new water heater.
Description of Work: Our 12 year old water heater began leaking early in the morning on December 19, 2017. We emailed Zach before 7:00am and confirmed an appointment for 2:00pm that day. Zach and his partner arrived on time. As it happened, we were having a new furnace installed the same day. Fortunately, Zach was able to continue with the installation with no problem.
