+ -1 moreI called the number of times to just get the work started. I got an invoice for $1048.75. I met her face-to-face and told her it was inappropriate to overrun the bid, expect payment, without any conversation or advance notice that they were going to overrun the bid. I told her that should not happen again.She apologized and seemed understand. We did not change the scope of the bid but days later I got an invoice for over $2000.
Description of Work: I asked for a bed to prepare her flowerbeds. The bed was for $815. It was expected to take one day and she committed to Complete the work the following week.
