 + -1 moreTony was on time. He showed up prepared and got to work. After he got through his inspection he walked me through exactly what was wrong. He saved me $7,000 in repair costs that the seller ended up paying. I would have had to pay for the repairs if they were missed on the inspection. Tony even recommended a few repairs that I can do down the road as preventative maintenance that will save me from replacing my roof.
Description of Work: Tony is one of the best home inspectors I have run across. If you are buying a house, call Tony. Your realtor may just recommend someone they know, but Safe Home Inspection provides such a thorough inspection and report I don't know how you could use anyone else. Some inspectors give you a checklist and take your money. Safe Home Inspection takes pictures of the issues and explains exactly what is wrong in terms that you can understand. He knows the codes and can tell you exactly what needs to be done to get the issue fixed correctly.

 + -1 moreTony was very thorough and really educate me about the home I was purchasing. He brought to light some concerns about the home and informed me of helpful maintenance tips along the way. This is my third home purchase and Tony was by far the best inspector I have ever had.
